Background

Liu Hong was born to the Liu family's concubine branch and attended Great Xia Prefecture's 18th Middle School. He claimed that Zhang Ruoling, a lecturer in Myriad Races languages at that school, had introduced him to the path of Civilization Masters and Divine Scripts.
