Background

Li Da was a terminally ill man whose spinal cancer had left him physically devastated. After dying, he was reincarnated in the Naruto world as Yuezuki Danna, the second son of the Third Raikage, Ai. His new body discharged electricity from birth and possessed a visibly abnormal spine, causing the Yeyue Clan to fear that he suffered from a lethal Bloodline Disease. 1

As a child, Danna discovered that he could refine chakra but could neither retain nor conventionally use it; his spine absorbed it instead. The same condition granted him extraordinary physical strength, speed, endurance, reflexes, and uncontrolled electrical discharge, allowing him to fight despite lacking ordinary ninjutsu. 3 4 13 14
