'Sea Ghost' Feng Lan

"Acnologia...?" Feng Lan listened to the unfamiliar yet oddly familiar name, trying hard to recall his past memories. "Damn... I have no recollection of it at all."

Lisanna's eyes widened. "He killed hundreds, even thousands of dragons? Wouldn't that make him even stronger than Brother Feng Lan?"

Mira stroked her chin. "Acnologia... There's actually someone that powerful?"

Seeing that Feng Lan and the others were fine, Dilsid waved his hand. "You're all alright now, aren't you? If so, hurry up and leave... I'm not used to being around so many people."

Natsu stood up and said to Liel, "Liel, do you want to join our guild? There are lots of Dragon Slayer Mages like us there~"

Liel looked at Natsu and the others, then at Dilsid. "Thanks for the offer, but not yet. I want to travel around with Dilsid first. Once our journey is over, I'll come find you... Of course, Dilsid will come too."

Dilsid haughtily turned his head away and snorted. "Go if you want. I couldn't care less about going."

Natsu walked over to Liel and revealed his guild mark. "Then it's settled. Once you're done traveling, you have to come to Fairy Tail."

Liel looked at Fairy Tail's guild mark and etched its design into his heart. "Yeah, I understand! Fairy Tail—I'll definitely go there someday."

With that, Liel leaped onto Dilsid's back and flew into the distance.

Lisanna jumped to Feng Lan's side and took his hand. "Brother Feng Lan, you're amazing! I'm sure even that Acnologia wouldn't be a match for you!"

Feng Lan patted Lisanna's head as he looked toward the sky where Dilsid had flown. "Acnologia... King of the Dragons... Hmph, I kind of want to fight him."

Elfman timidly asked, "Um... does that mean our mission is complete?"

Mira looked at the request form. "It should be. It only said to investigate..."

Feng Lan nodded. "It should be fine, but just to be safe... Natsu, melt this ice with your fire!"

Natsu glared at Feng Lan. "How could I possibly do that?!"

Feng Lan patted Natsu on the head. "Haha, I'm kidding, I'm kidding. Let's head back already!"

Once Feng Lan and his group left the Ice Plain, the people from the camp they had seen earlier surrounded them. "Well? Did you find out what was going on?"

Feng Lan pushed the camp personnel aside and quieted them down. "Don't worry. The climate here was caused by that dragon, and it's been dealt with now. The ice and snow here have already started to melt."

The camp personnel excitedly embraced one another. "That's great! We'll be able to go home before long!"

Mira asked in confusion, "What? Couldn't you go home if the investigation wasn't completed?"

Natsu shouted at Feng Lan from the side, "Bro! You already got the special reward, so give me an extra share of the money!"

Feng Lan walked over and chopped Natsu on the head. "In your dreams~"

After Feng Lan and the others divided the money, they took the train back to Magnolia.

"We're back!" Feng Lan shouted as he pushed open the guild doors.

Makarov sat at the bar and waved to Feng Lan. "Yo! You're back!"

Feng Lan sat beside Makarov. "Old man, have you met Wendy?"

Makarov nodded. "I have. She's a guild mage now, and Erza has brought her into her team."

Feng Lan asked, his heart filled with reluctance, "A team? Who's in it?"

Makarov counted them off. "Erza, Wendy, Gray, and Cana. The four of them formed a team."

Feng Lan snatched Makarov's drink. "Where's Wendy? And where's Gray?"

Makarov finally managed to snatch back his glass, only to find that Feng Lan had already emptied it. "Ah... Wendy and Erza went to the cake shop. Gray's at the back mountain."

Feng Lan grinned and tossed Makarov a bottle of liquor before heading to the back mountain himself.

Following Gray's scent, Feng Lan made his way to the lakeside. "Yo! Gray, training here?"

Gray turned around. "Where did you guys go? You were gone for a whole week..."

Feng Lan shrugged. "We weren't in a hurry, so we took our time getting there. Anyway... about what you asked me before..."

Gray hurried over. "Well? Can you help train me?"

Feng Lan smiled. "I was originally planning to teach you some Make Magic, but after thinking it over, it wouldn't be easy to teach... But I have another method. Do you want to hear about it?"

Gray grabbed Feng Lan's pant leg. "Show me, please, Brother Feng Lan."

Gray nodded. "Yeah. What about it?"

Feng Lan scratched his head. "You know Wendy's my sworn little sister, right? I was hoping you could look after her."

Gray waved his hand. "Relax, relax. Wendy's basically the guild darling now, and Erza really likes her too. I'm the one struggling to survive under Erza's demonic claws...

But speaking of which, Feng Lan, you're famous now."

Feng Lan pointed at his nose. "Me? Famous?"
