Background / History

Wang Qiu'er was the Three-Eyed Golden Lion and the Auspicious Beast of the Star Dou Great Forest. Before meeting Su Yu, she spent roughly five thousand years growing from a golden egg, learning to hunt, and living in loneliness. Learning of Su Yu's existence brought her joy and excitement. 34

Su Yu gave her the name “Wang Qiu'er.” Delighted by receiving a name, she immediately ran to show Bi Ji, Zi Ji, and Di Tian. 30 She remained close to Su Yu while still in soul beast form, including hiding in his clothes during outings. 33

Wanting to remain with Su Yu after seeing his attention drawn to other girls, Qiu'er chose to transform into a human. With Di Tian and Gu Yuena's approval, she shared memories with Su Yu through her third eye, took Su Yu's Transformation Pill, and entered an egg-like transformation state. 34 Gu Yuena sealed her excessive energy within the egg to avoid harming her foundation. 35
