• Wei Zhengxiong tested Wang Chen’s strength, promised to protect him, and used his recommendation to secure Wang Chen a place in the Blood-Clad Guard.

• Wang Chen made flintlock guns and used them to kill two Hidden Dragon Society assassins while defeating the Bloodthirsty Demon in Kaoshan Village.
• Wang Chen discovered that the spearhead he received from the old village chief was the Great Hao Demon Punishing Spear and learned its technique.
• Wang Chen revealed his fifth-tier Martial Grandmaster strength after Captain Xu tried to steal credit for his victory, and Xu Jinghui later made his son apologize.

Wang Chen exposed a demonic plot in Guangping, earned promotion, and fought his way through the Hundred Thousand Great Mountains to Great Ye. After settling a dispute at Medicine King Manor, he met Emperor Shaowu and began studying Daoist texts, where he discovered Princess Qingyun’s blocked meridians.

• Wang Chen exposed demons at Peony Tower and Hundred Victories Pavilion, uncovered an unfinished Demon Ascension Pool, and was promoted to Blood-Clad Guard Commander.
• Wang Chen returned to Donglu, trained for several months, and received an imperial summons to Great Ye as Demon Suppressing Commander.
• Qin Qingxuan traded Wang Chen the sixth-level Mysterious Heaven Seven Fiend Wheels method for his promise to help her deal with a demon after his audience with the Emperor.
• Wang Chen became a sixth-tier Martial Venerable, then defeated the Azure Peak Bandits on the Heavenly Road and took their treasure before escorting Liang Shicheng’s family to safety.
