Background

Kaido was recognized as one of the sea’s four strongest pirates alongside Whitebeard, Charlotte Linlin, and Shanks. His territory bordered Shanks’s, leading their forces into continual conflicts over land. 92

He commands the Hundred Beasts Pirates, whose senior members include the Calamities Jack, King, and Queen. Jack is identified as one of Kaido’s earliest followers, while Kaido treats attacks on his subordinates as personal affronts. 91 92
