Yun Ye is a transmigrant from Earth who awakens in the Pirate World with the Death God Template. He takes control of a body identified by the Navy as Luke Bernie of Oli Island, but adopts the name Patino Yun Ye and claims amnesia when his past is raised. 1 28

His earliest actions on Donzuke Island are directed against its three oppressive underground powers: the Evil Wolf Gang, Iron Hand Gang, and Oli Family. He annihilates all three after witnessing their abuse of local residents, though the scale of his violence makes him question whether he resembles a villain. 1 3 6
