In Alabasta, Roy sold Crocodile intelligence about the government’s attack as the battle for Alubarna began and Crocodile took Cobra and Nico Robin to Graveyard Hall.

• Roy used the Echo Map to aid Saint Gareth’s slaughter during the Burael hunt, while Ramir organized escaped prisoners to attack the Celestial Dragons and Garling crushed their escape attempt.
• Roy helped defeat Ramir’s group, earned a place in CP0 with Spandam, and found the Pet Pet Fruit after Burael was burned to ash.
• Roy captured and modified the Sea King Samael with help from Albert and Caesar Clown, then used his CP0 influence to take control of former CP9 positions and members.
• Roy killed King Moribea in Calotte, prompting Dragon to react, then captured Belo Betty with Seastone clouds and collared her at Sky City.

• Roy found the Poneglyph beneath Alubarna and arranged to take it aboard a Navy warship as Aokiji defeated Crocodile and restored order in the city.
• Roy traded Crocodile an escape offer for intelligence, then told Blackbeard that Ace was Roger’s son and offered him a path to become a Shichibukai.
• Roy directed Sky City toward Mock Town and God's Domain, where he used Caesar Clown’s poison and doctored clouds to help Luffy defeat Enel and captured the lightning user.
• Roy made God’s Domain and Angel Island satellite cities of Sky City, while Blackbeard secured the Target-Target Fruit and agreed to further cooperation.
