Uchiha Habara used missions with Shisui to gain power, awaken his Mangekyō Sharingan, and persuade Shisui to help reshape the clan. They returned to Konoha with a plan to challenge the clan’s hard-line leadership, while Habara also met Nara Yoshino and left Naruto with a question about acknowledgment and becoming Hokage.

• Habara learned the Family Binding System had bound him to the Uchiha Clan and began planning how to strengthen himself and unite its divided members.
• Habara persuaded Shisui that the clan’s conflict with Konoha stemmed from its history of isolation, and urged him to build support among ordinary Uchiha.
• Habara and Shisui hunted rogue shinobi together, defeating Toroi’s Cloud squad and later killing Raiga Kurosuki in the Land of Hot Water.
• After Raiga’s death gave him enough Power Fragments, Habara evolved his Sharingan into a Mangekyō Sharingan with the abilities Tamatsusari and Hankai.
• Habara warned Shisui to hide Kotoamatsukami and proposed that they serve as Clan Head and Vice Clan Head, supervising one another as they protected the Uchiha.
• Shisui told Uchiha Zong that Habara should lead the clan and revealed Habara’s Mangekyō Sharingan as he argued for unity and political demands.

• Root shinobi ambushed Habara at Training Ground Three, but he killed them and challenged Danzo when Danzo tried to arrest him.
• Habara persuaded elders from both factions to back his leadership, demonstrated Susanoo to the Hardliners, and promised to protect the clan.
• Habara asked Shisui to approach Itachi, but Itachi rejected their plan to unite the clan and resist Konoha without rebelling.
• Habara and Shisui prepared a secret Clan Meeting, where the Uchiha supported Habara and barred Itachi from attending.

Habara challenged Fugaku’s leadership, defeated him in a duel, and became Clan Head, then began preparing the clan for reform and a possible attack. As Itachi and Obito launched their assault, Fugaku confronted Itachi while Danzo’s Root forces moved against the Uchiha.

• Habara demanded Fugaku’s impeachment, argued that his leadership had failed the clan, and secured the support of the Moderates, Hardliners, and Shisui.
• Fugaku revealed his Mangekyō Sharingan and required Habara to defeat him to claim leadership, so Habara agreed to fight him a month later.
• Itachi awakened his Mangekyō Sharingan, met the masked Obito, and accepted Danzo’s mission to kill the Uchiha while sparing Sasuke.
• Habara defeated Fugaku in their duel, refused to kill him, and received the clan seal as the Uchiha greeted him as their new Clan Head.
• Habara planned reforms and stronger security, received Void Walk and Black Flame from his system, and prepared the clan for danger.
• Itachi and Obito approached the Uchiha celebration, but surveillance alerted Habara, who quietly canceled it and sent Fugaku to confront Itachi.

Habara exposed Itachi and Obito’s assault on the Uchiha, destroyed Danzo and forced Konoha to confront the truth. With the clan’s position improved but tensions unresolved, he turned to strengthening the Uchiha and accepted Sasuke as his disciple.

• Habara confronted Itachi and Obito, expelled Itachi from the Uchiha Clan, and fought him while Shisui and Fugaku engaged Obito.
• Habara broke Itachi’s Tsukuyomi, wounded him, and drove him to retreat with Obito, then ordered the Uchiha to investigate the attack and pursue Root.
• Habara and the Uchiha attacked Root, and Habara killed Danzo despite Hiruzen’s attempts to stop him.
• Habara presented surveillance footage proving Danzo, Itachi, and the mysterious Uchiha had coordinated the assault, then secured Hiruzen’s agreement to end Uchiha suppression and expand the Military Police Force.
• Hiruzen announced Root’s abolition, while Habara declined to seek greater political power and focused on reforming the Uchiha Clan.
• Habara charged and activated Darkin Scythe, which strengthened his body and eyes but did not evolve them into the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.
• Sasuke asked Habara to train him so he could kill Itachi and restore the clan’s honor, and Habara accepted with conditions.
