When Blood Cloud attempted to deceive the Ox Clan, Kai Yang exposed its disguise and brought the matter to Chi Yu, who summoned the Blood Clouds.

• With the Time-Space Pearls gone, Lei Heng, Teng Hu, and Lu Bing’s dynasties went to war across Azure Sky Domain.
• A drop of blood absorbed battlefield carnage, became the Blood Demon Emperor, devoured the three Beast Emperors, and spread wars to gather more blood.

• After the seven Fairy Maidens were banished to the Mortal Realm, Chi Yu caught them, restored their cultivation, and raised their seven children with them.
• Chi Yu sent an avatar to the Heavenly Court, where Sun Wukong wrecked Tushita Palace, carved Tathagata’s palm, and caused chaos alongside the Demon Kings.

• Golden Cicada drank Meng Po Soup and reincarnated as a fetus in the bride’s womb, where Chi Yu had already placed a companion for him.

Sun Wukong’s clone brought Tang Sanzang back to Great Tang without the scriptures, while Chi Yu convinced the assigned tribulation figures that the pilgrimage was unnecessary. Furious, Tathagata took the scriptures toward Great Tang himself, but Chi Yu ambushed him and knocked him unconscious.

• Sun Wukong’s clone returned Tang Sanzang to Great Tang and told two monks to ask Tathagata to bring the scriptures there himself.
• Chi Yu persuaded the demons assigned to the eighty-one tribulations that Tang Sanzang would not come, then convinced White Dragon to abandon Eagle Sorrow Stream and return to the South Sea.

Chi Yu arrived at Gao Family Village, used an illusion and a fabricated past-life love story to win Gao Cuilan’s trust, and claimed her as his wife. When Zhu Ganglie came to take Cuilan, Chi Yu defeated him and sent him away, leaving Gao Family Head and Gao Family Madam stunned.

• Chi Yu went to Gao Family Village after completing the True Scripture task and found that Zhu Ganglie had swallowed the Dharma master and planned to marry Gao Cuilan.
• Chi Yu entered Gao Cuilan’s bedroom, told her he was her husband from a past life, and used an illusion to make her believe his story.
• Gao Cuilan embraced Chi Yu, and the two spent the night together.

• Tathagata appeared above Chang'an and summoned Tang Sanzang and clone Sun Wukong, who delayed meeting him through the night by choosing their clothes.
• Tathagata explained that Sanzang needed to endure the Eighty-One Tribulations, but clone Sun Wukong pressured him to pass on the scriptures directly.
• Tathagata gave Tang Sanzang bundles of scriptures, then returned to the Great Thunderclap Temple expecting Merit and was struck by lightning instead.
