At the peak of the sheer mountains in Western Continent, mist and clouds surged, ancient vines clung to the cliffs, and hawks with wingspans exceeding ten feet occasionally swept past, as though this were some primordial land untouched by human footsteps for ten thousand years.
From time to time, a streak of golden light would fly over. Upon arriving, it would form a hand seal and activate the formation. That was right. Mystic Heaven Monastery was an ancient temple hidden within a mystic realm.
Ordinarily, major immortal sects would not build their gates inside mystic realms. That was tantamount to cutting themselves off from the cultivation world, making contact with the outside world nearly impossible. The spiritual energy within a mystic realm also could not usually support a massive power, making them suitable only for smaller sects.
But the advantage was safety.

Nearly a hundred sword beams followed close behind, tearing through the air and linking into a dazzling curtain of light. They all finally stopped above the cliff, their restrained Sword Qi scattering the layered clouds.
Standing upon those sword lights were women clad in blue and white robes. The leader wore her hair in
