Background / History

Muxi is a member of the nearly extinct Nature Clan. Her parents left their secret realm to search for traces of their ancestors but never returned; she then traveled alone to Spirit City. 213 214

At her Martial Soul awakening, she manifested the Purple Lilac, an unfamiliar purple flower Martial Soul. Its initial feedback identified it as a support ability capable of temporarily sharing her Soul Power with Soul Masters who lacked it. 3

After reaching level ten, Muxi joined a Spirit Hall Academy party bound for the Star Dou Great Forest. She sensed an Emerald Swan suitable for her, but the creature's protected status brought the group into contact with Er Ming and the Lake of Life. Muxi absorbed water from the lake to improve her life level, then obtained a 500-year Soul Ring from the dying Emerald Swan. 36 38 40 42

By the time she left the forest, Muxi had become a one-ring Soul Master. Her first Soul Skill was healing, though she initially considered it weak because of its restrictions. 44

During an expedition to the Tianlin Mountain Range, Muxi used her cultural knowledge to identify the destination indicated by an ancient map. Her bloodline then activated an ancient pattern on a boulder, opening a spatial passage into the Tomb of the Gods. 206 208

Within the tomb, Muxi and Li Chang'an endured three trials while their Soul Power was forcibly suppressed to level thirty. During the first Slaughter King's trial, Muxi transferred all of her remaining Soul Power to Li Chang'an, enabling him to withstand the opponent's sword strike at the cost of complete exhaustion. 209 211

After passing the Spirit trial, Muxi revealed her Nature Clan identity. The tomb's master was the Goddess of Nature, a former protector of the Dragon God, whose legacy had recognized Muxi as a suitable inheritor. Muxi accepted the Heart of God and became the Goddess of Nature's successor. 213 215

Appearance

Muxi is commonly depicted in plain, understated clothing that contrasts with her naturally delicate features. Following the Heart of God's fusion, she gained a faint natural aura and a more sacred, inviolable presence. 51 205 215

Personality

Muxi is shy, soft-spoken, and easily embarrassed, frequently lowering her head or stammering when speaking. Despite this timidity, she is considerate of others and consistently prioritizes Li Chang'an's comfort, from preparing meals to worrying about his safety. 3 36 75 208

She can be insecure about her support-oriented abilities, particularly when compared with attack-type Soul Masters. However, she is persistent under pressure: she endured the pain of absorbing her first Soul Ring and later exhausted herself to reinforce Li Chang'an during the tomb trials. 42 211 257

Muxi is also intelligent in noncombat matters. She is regarded as a strong student in cultural knowledge and was able to recognize the Tianlin Mountain Range from an ancient map. 206
