• Lin Xuan bound Poison Dragon Old Ancestor with restrictions, then followed his directions to Red Leaf Island as the Yinhun siege began.
• While the island's defenders fought the Yinhun, Lin Xuan slipped into the canyon, bypassed the formation, and used the Heaven Heart Toad King's Inner Core to enter the independent space.
• Lin Xuan found the Top-grade Spirit Stone vein and began mining it, but Giant Whale King arrived and attacked him.
• Lin Xuan fought Giant Whale King with Poison Dragon Old Ancestor and his spirit creatures, while Jade Luo Bees nearly consumed the vein's Spirit Stones.

Lin Xuan escaped the sealed space, returned to Black Wind Island, and gained treasures from a deadly underground auction where Elder Mo slaughtered the bidders. As Lin Xuan prepared for the Yinhun threat, his Second Nascent Soul was attacked, and Lin Xuan confronted Lie Kong True Person in battle.

• Little Fur Ball killed the Ice Demon Heart Toad, swallowed its demon soul, and fell asleep.
• Lin Xuan escaped through a shifting spatial node but emerged in the White Elephant Sea Region instead of Red Leaf Island, then traveled toward Black Wind Island as news spread of the Yinhun invasion.
• At an underground auction, Lin Xuan watched Dong Cheng die while bidding on a Wangli Pill and recognized the Five Elements Spirit-Nurturing Formation as a treasure he wanted.
• Old Mo revealed his old grudge against Gongsun Old Devil, poisoned the auction attendees, and killed them, but Lin Xuan survived and killed Old Mo before he could escape.
• Lin Xuan returned to Black Wind Island, gathered the auction’s treasures, and left his Corpse Demon to recover at a Corpse Well after defeating its former owner, a late-Lihe Zombie.
• Lin Xuan bound the Five Elements Spirit-Nurturing Formation Flags, then received word that Lie Kong True Person had attacked his Second Nascent Soul and hurried to its aid.

Lin Xuan killed Lie Kong True Person, advanced to the Dongxuan Realm, and learned that the Sea of Ruins held the only known remaining Inter-boundary Teleportation Array. After confronting the plot against the Holy City Lord, he gathered Fire Sword materials from Shayang Old Devil and prepared to continue his search for a way out of the East Sea.

• Lin Xuan used Little Fur Ball to trap and kill Lie Kong True Person, then recovered the Iron Feather Locust Blades and restored his Second Nascent Soul.
• Lin Xuan spent two hundred years in seclusion as the Yinhun invasion was defeated, then endured the Four Directions Thunder Fire Tribulation and advanced to the Dongxuan Realm with the Five Dragon Seal inside him.

After securing the Snow Yang Thunder Fire Crystal and the other half of the Demonic Fate Sword, he chose to leave the East Sea through the palace’s teleportation array and said farewell to the Shangguan Sisters.

• Lin Xuan reached Nine Immortals Palace, learned that Flower Ancestor had seized control and imprisoned female cultivators, then followed Cheng and Ye into Hundred Flowers Garden, where he found Red Leaf Fairy among the captives.
• Flower Ancestor trapped Lin Xuan in a fire-filled small world and fought him, but Lin Xuan defeated him and discovered Gu Tianyang sealed inside the Heavenly Mystery Mansion.
