Lin Mo investigated a Mountain Giant attacking an immense ice throne deep within the Millennium Cold Cave and discovered that the throne emitted a terrifying aura and Black Mist. As the mist trapped him and a giant hand reached for him, Holy Light Power suddenly burst from his body.

• Lin Mo advanced deeper into the cave, raised Undying Shield to level 6, and advanced his Knight Profession to level 20.
• Lin Mo left his companions in his Portable Space and approached the source of the distant crashes, where he saw a Mountain Giant attacking a gigantic ice throne.
• Lin Mo sent a Shadow Split clone toward the throne, but an overwhelming ancient pressure and indistinct whispers caused the clone to vanish.
• Lin Mo turned to leave, but Black Mist spread from the throne, engulfed the Mountain Giant, and drove it to attack him.
• Lin Mo tried to escape the Mountain Giant, but a wall of Black Mist blocked his path and formed a giant hand that reached for him.
• Holy Light Power suddenly burst from Lin Mo just as the Black Mist hand was about to catch him.

Lin Mo purified the Dark Tide corrupting the Dragon Throne and learned that the Mountain Giant recognized him as a visitor from another world. The freed Ice Dragon King gave Lin Mo its bloodline, which was devoured during fusion and left him with powerful permanent abilities.

• Lin Mo used Holy Light to free the Mountain Giant from the Dark Tide and learned that the throne was the Dragon Throne, tainted by the Dark Tide.
• The Mountain Giant revealed that the Dark Tide came from the world's dark side, asked Lin Mo to purify the throne, and recognized him as a visitor from another world.
• The Mountain Giant removed and gave Lin Mo its heart before returning to its original form, and Lin Mo purified the Dark Tide within the throne.
• The Dragon Throne shattered, revealing an Ice Dragon King who thanked Lin Mo, asked him to take care of his daughter, and bestowed his bloodline upon him.
• Lin Mo's Ice Dragon King Bloodline was devoured during fusion, granting him the permanent statuses [King of Dragons] and [Ice Dragon Power] along with greatly enhanced abilities.

Lin Mo returned from the Ice Dragon King’s domain with its complete bloodline blessing, which greatly increased his attributes and elemental resistances. After telling his companions about the dragons, Titan Giants, and Black Mist, he was pulled away by Ally to test his enhanced stamina.

• Lin Mo examined his new attributes and reasoned that the Ice Dragon King’s bloodline had been rejected by his body and devoured instead of fused.
• Lin Mo realized he had reached the end of the Abyss of the Ice Cave and decided to take the Ice Dragon statue with him, though his Portable Space was too small.
• Lin Mo returned to the Portable Space, where Ally, Eve, Phini, Laina, Shefiliya, and Flora checked on him and welcomed him back.
• Lin Mo recounted his encounter with the Ice Dragon King, the Titan Giants, and the Black Mist, while leaving out sensitive details.

Lin Mo expanded his Portable Space, brought the Ice Dragon statue inside, and returned with his companions to the village hot spring inn. That night, he visited Flora, and they finally grew intimate.

Lin Mo submitted his missions at the Lonia Kingdom Adventurer’s Guild and reported evidence of disappearances and illegal ambushes in the Millennium Cold Cave. The steward accepted the reports and said headquarters would offer an additional Gift of Gratitude, while Lin Mo’s recording of an Ice Dragon in the Deep Valley completed the final mission.

• Lin Mo studied the Ice Dragon statue during the journey and considered whether its material could become a magic sword, though he could not damage it.
• At the Adventurer’s Guild, Lin Mo submitted the mission materials and showed the steward the Giant’s Heart without revealing more about it.
• Lin Mo told the steward that the Deep Valley might exist continuously but become invisible, and that his party had encountered people ambushing adventurers.
• Flora showed the steward magical recordings identifying a familiar Adventurer’s Guild figure among the ambushers, and the steward agreed to report the Guild’s failure and investigate.
• Lin Mo showed a Recording Stone image of an Ice Dragon in the Deep Valley, satisfying the final mission; the steward promised to record the accomplishment and seek an additional gift from headquarters.

After returning to the Doria Kingdom, Lin Mo showed Andre the Mountain Giant’s heart, which Andre identified as a Pseudo-Titan’s Heart too powerful for him to forge. Andre decided to take Lin Mo and Edgar to the Violet Empire to seek help from his father, who lived in Nassadok Dungeon.

• Lin Mo collected his mission rewards and sold monster materials before spending the night at the Association.
• Lin Mo and the Silver Radiance Team returned to the Doria Kingdom, and his Portable Space expanded as his skills improved during the journey.
• Lin Mo visited Preston Forge and told Andre he had obtained a Giant’s Heart for the planned Mithril Gloves.
• Andre examined the heart and identified it as a Pseudo-Titan’s Heart, a rare material beyond his forging ability.
• Andre told Edgar to prepare for a journey to the Violet Empire so they could consult his father, who lived in Nassadok Dungeon.

Lin Mo traveled with Andre and the others to Nassadok Town, planning to settle near Nassadok Dungeon and explore it. After arriving, he bought detailed Dungeon information from the Adventurer's Guild and returned to the inn to review his journey's gains.

• Lin Mo recalled Nassadok Dungeon's vast scale, stable floors, and appeal to Adventurers, and decided to explore there for a while.
• Andre urged Lin Mo and the others to leave, and they traveled toward the Violet Empire over several days, resting in Lin Mo's Portable Space along the way.
