Merith Winterwind, while pursuing remnants of troll tribes in the Hinterlands, was surrounded by a large number of troll witch doctors. He was struck by countless powerful voodoo spells and ultimately succumbed to his grievous injuries, sacrificing himself. The Arathor Empire held the grandest state funeral for Merith Winterwind.

This was the official account.

Hu Feng, however, received a slightly different report: after being gravely wounded by voodoo, Merith had disappeared alone into the Hinterlands forests, his whereabouts unknown. His coffin contained only a staff, essentially an empty tomb.

Sighing heavily, Hu Feng felt a sense of helplessness. Was this the inertia of history? Merith was originally supposed to have died during the Troll Wars, but thanks to Hu Feng's influence, he had survived. Now, it seemed, it had only delayed the inevitable.

Merith still died at the hands of the trolls, and then, using the necromancy he mastered, he transformed himself into the first undead. From then on, Merith vanished from everyone's sight, living in seclusion in Elwynn Forest in the southern part of the Eastern Kingdoms (the area later known as Duskwood), until a long time later...

Adjusting his mindset, Hu Feng stood up and began heading towards the Halls of Origin. He had initially harbored some interest in the Azerothian Reboot Device, but Merith's situation had made him somewhat agitated. He just wanted to finish things quickly and end his journey to Uldum as soon as possible.

The stone gates of the Halls of Origin had already been breached. The Tol'vir half-man, half-lion army had organized a defensive line in front of the gates. Titan Constructs, specifically Stone Giants, would periodically charge out from the hall in waves, but they were quickly overwhelmed by the sheer numbers of the Tol'vir.

These Stone Giants were about three to four meters tall, sculpted in the likeness of Titans, and constructed from obsidian mixed with a sturdy silver metal. There were also a small number of Iron Dwarves, but they were extremely few. The vast majority of Iron Dwarves were gathered in the Titan ruins on the northern continent of Northrend.

These metallic beings were unaffected by the Old Gods' flesh curse. They maintained their original forms, feeling no pain, having no desires, their bodies sturdy and their minds extremely rational.

Hu Feng descended at the entrance to the hall. Several high-ranking Wind Elementals who had followed him immediately began to take command of the Tol'vir's defenses.

"Order them to charge in and attack!" Hu Feng waved his hand.

The Wind Elemental Lords immediately relayed the command, and the Tol'vir army crossed the defensive line, beginning to charge into the hall. A large number of Titan Constructs detected the intruders and, without hesitation, quickly engaged the invaders in battle.

Hu Feng, holding his staff, rapidly floated towards the depths of the hall. The Titan Constructs attempted to stop him, but they were all blocked by the Wind Elementals and the Tol'vir.

The deeper he went, the fewer Titan Constructs there were. The occasional scattered few were quickly dealt with by Hu Feng. In the distance, a cylindrical elevator appeared. However, an unusually tall Titan Construct was guarding the elevator.

The tall Titan Construct also detected Hu Feng and immediately adopted a defensive posture: "Unidentified Titan, identity cannot be confirmed."

Hu Feng stopped, looking at the tall, Anubis-like construct. The Anubis was styled with a strong Egyptian aesthetic, its entire face covered by a golden mask. The sculpted features on the mask displayed an expressionless countenance.

"Since you know I am a Titan, there's no need to confirm my identity. Your purpose for existence is merely to serve the Titans."

"Identity cannot be confirmed. Without authorization from the Pantheon or Keeper Ly'leth, unauthorized individuals are prohibited from entering the hall. Greetings, unidentified Titan. I am Anrafeht, one of the guardians of the Halls of Origin. Please leave now."

"And if I insist on entering? You would attack a Titan? Attack your creator?"

Anrafeht froze, caught in a dilemma. The Pantheon had tasked him with preventing any unauthorized individuals from entering the core, and to eliminate them if they resisted. However, his deeper, primary directive was not to attack his creators, the Titans.

Hu Feng looked at the deeply conflicted Anrafeht with amusement. "Let me pass. The Pantheon is currently dealing with a major matter, and I have been ordered to descend here to retrieve something. Or do you intend to defy your creator?"

Although Anrafeht was a mechanical construct, the passage of ages had allowed him to develop his own thoughts, making him less rigid. He pondered for a moment and realized that letting Hu Feng pass was the best course of action. After all, his deepest primary directive superseded everything: do not attack the creator, do not defy the creator. All Titans were members of the Pantheon. While this creator lacked authorization, there shouldn't be any issue... With this thought, Anrafeht's massive form slowly moved aside, clearing the path to the elevator.

"Temporary authorization granted. Welcome back, Creator of the Pantheon."

Hu Feng nodded and walked towards the elevator. Halfway there, he suddenly remembered something and turned back. "Since I have been granted authorization, I need you to add someone to a restricted entry list. Set Sargeras as the primary enemy. If any being carrying his aura comes here, eliminate them immediately without question. In a critical situation, I permit you to self-destruct the Halls of Origin. Do you understand?"

Anrafeht's eyes, hidden beneath his mask, flickered for a long time. "Synchronizing data. Keyword: Sargeras. Downloading Pantheon main database information. Unable to connect to main database. Searching again. Target: Army of Light backup database."

Hearing this, Hu Feng suddenly had a bad feeling. Titan advanced technology should not have problems. High-ranking Titan Constructs and Keepers usually maintained a constant connection to the Pantheon's database, updating with the latest information and enemy lists.

"Backup database connection successful. Downloading Sargeras data. Update time: ten thousand years ago. Download complete. Sargeras, the fallen Titan, enemy of the Pantheon. Matches criteria, matches threat level. Confirming blacklisting of this Titan?"

"Yes..." Hu Feng's heart sank. He felt his guess was getting closer to the truth.

"Setting complete. Are the intruders outside the hall yours? Do they need to be added to the trust list?"

Hu Feng nodded and stepped into the elevator.

The elevator slowly ascended, and a magnificent circular hall appeared before Hu Feng. In the four directions of the circular hall were small, square chambers. Each chamber contained a high-ranking Titan Watcher, all of whom were seated motionlessly on their stone seats. Since Hu Feng was not an unauthorized intruder, these four watchers were not activated.

Ahead was a corridor, and at the end of the corridor, a large machine could be seen in a room. Hu Feng immediately walked towards it. The magic crystals in the room lit up, and the dimly lit room became as bright as day.

This machine was the control core of the Azerothian Reboot Device. This device could alter the weather and climate of any region on Azeroth at will, and could also cause natural disasters such as earthquakes and hurricanes. This was also a small Titan database, storing some Titan technology and various contact information.

Although Hu Feng was a nascent Titan, his Titan bloodline only inherited memories, not any Titan technology. The Titan technology stored here was one of Hu Feng's primary objectives.

There were no buttons on the machine, only a circular recess. Hu Feng placed his right hand on it. After a brief identity verification, a projection-like display screen appeared before him.

With a thought, the Titan technology categories appeared before him. The Titan technology here was a complete set: the Titan Energy Generator, the Titan Energy Cannon, and the Titan Energy Shield. Then, a crystal containing the three technologies materialized before Hu Feng, and he cut and extracted these technologies from the machine.

The Titan Energy Generator, in simple terms, was a black-tech version of a power plant. This device could savagely draw power directly from the universe and convert it into endless Primal Energy.

The structure of Primal Energy was very unstable, but all Titan technologies required the use of this Primal Energy. A simple example: placed in the Titan Energy Cannon, the Primal Energy would be converted into offensive energy projectiles. Placed in the Titan Energy Shield, it would be converted into a sturdy energy barrier. If Hu Feng could acquire more Titan technologies, this Primal Energy could be converted into even more forms.

It had to be said, this was truly Titan black technology. By simply building a large number of energy generators, all equipment and devices would have sufficient energy and power.

After storing the crystal, Hu Feng looked at other options. There was an item called "Contact the Pantheon." Hu Feng's mood immediately tensed. After much deliberation, he decided to try contacting them. The words Anrafeht had spoken earlier made the suspicion he had deliberately tried not to believe grow even larger.

The holographic screen began to display "Contacting the Pantheon." Hu Feng stared intently at the screen, hoping for even the slightest response.

"Contact failed. No Pantheon signal beacons found."

Hu Feng trembled. What did this mean? If the Pantheon still existed, if even one Titan of the Pantheon was still alive, then the contact request would be sent, and the Titans could choose to answer or not.

But now, the machine displayed that no beacons were found. It wasn't that the request was rejected, but that it couldn't be found.

Hu Feng took a deep breath. Now, he had to prepare for the worst.

The Pantheon no longer existed. Apart from the fallen Dark Titan Sargeras, all other Titans were dead.

He was now fighting alone, he had to face the Dark Titan and the Void Lords by himself, without any backup or allies.

As for Azeroth... Heh, Hu Feng gave a wry smile. Azeroth's injuries had not fully healed, and successful incubation was still a distant prospect.

Wasn't this a joke? The enemy was a veteran Dark Titan, the former top fighter of the Pantheon, Sargeras.

And the Void Lords, hiding in the shadows, searching for nascent Titans everywhere to corrupt them.

What about my side? Besides two unborn Titan babies, what else is there?

He forced himself to calm down. Fortunately, there was still time. Azeroth's location was very hidden, and there was a powerful Firewall. He still had time. But he had to do something. He had gone through so much trouble to transmigrate, was he just going to live a carefree life for a while and then wait for death?

Absolutely not! Whoever wants to kill me, I'll kill them first!

Hu Feng set a password for the Halls of Origin control core and sealed the entrance to the entire room with golden Titan Divine Power.

Then, carrying a small Titan communication device, he slowly left the circular hall and headed for the elevator.
