"So that was the situation. Sargoth was too cunning. He chose to pay a tremendous price just to keep himself hidden, and the trail was cut off for now," Hu Feng said helplessly.

"That was already very good, Father God. You needn't blame yourself." Ysera comforted Hu Feng in her soft, sweet voice. "Sargoth gave up all his nightmare power, and all his previous efforts have gone to waste. I'll be more vigilant in this regard. It won't be so easy for the Nightmare King to corrupt the Emerald Dream again."

Hu Feng nodded. After thinking for a moment, he took an oval object radiating golden light from his storage ring.

"The Dragon Soul!" Ysera's beautiful eyes widened as she stared tremblingly at the artifact, which was incomparably terrifying to the Dragon Aspects.

"That's right. It contains the essence of every Dragon Aspect. My original plan was to return someone's essence as a reward after any one of you made a tremendous contribution to the world."

Hu Feng paused and looked at Ysera. She seemed to have guessed something and became excited. "But I didn't expect you to be the first. Without your essence, you cannot fully monitor and control the Emerald Dream. To prevent nightmares from eroding this beautiful place, and to ensure everyone in the world can forever have sweet dreams, Ysera..."

Ysera trembled all over with excitement and knelt before Hu Feng.

"Therefore, Ysera... I, as a Titan, the God of Magic and Eternity, grant you once more the essence of dreams. Protect the Emerald Dream."

As his words fell, Hu Feng sent his divine consciousness into the Dragon Soul. The essences of the Chromatic Dragons churned within it, and the Titan's golden divine power separated the emerald-green essence intact as easily as cutting butter. Before the supreme power of Titan Divine Power, the Dragon Soul did not dare resist in the slightest. Though it was an evil artifact that constantly tempted its user into corruption and drained the user's life force, before a Titan, it was as docile as an ordinary iron weapon.

The emerald-green essence surged into Ysera's body, and a long-lost sensation filled her mind.

Without her essence, Ysera could at most be considered the strongest green dragon, with the authority to manage the Emerald Dream. But after regaining her essence, she returned to the level of a Dragon Aspect, changing from one with the authority to manage the Emerald Dream back into one who completely controlled it.

"Thank you, Father God~" Ysera rose to her feet, her voice excessively gentle as her beautiful eyes lingered on Hu Feng.

Hu Feng blinked. Could this female dragon have fallen for him? He had heard that dragons had particularly strong desires in that regard. He wondered whether it was true.

"Father God~ What are you thinking about? Could it be that you want Ysera to warm your bed? I'd be very willing, as long as Father God gives the order..." Her gentle voice remained somewhat seductive.

"Stop! Cut it out! There's nothing else, right? If there isn't, I'm going home!"

"Father God..."

"Stop! I said stop! I'm not that kind of Titan..."

"Father God! I want to ask something serious! What were you thinking about?" Ysera stamped her foot in a distinctly feminine manner.

"Uh... nothing... Ahem, go ahead and ask."

"Your dream... that strange city and those moving iron boxes, were those the legendary sights of the Pantheon?"

Hu Feng felt awkward and did not know how to answer. After thinking it over, he decided to muddle through with a half-truth.

"No. That was one of my favorite worlds. I lived there for a very long time, as though... as though for an entire lifetime. One day, I will return to that world. That is also my wish."

Ysera stood there in a daze as she watched Hu Feng wave his hand and step through a rift to leave.

A world that could make a Titan so attached, a world called his wish... Could even Azeroth not compare to it...?

What kind of miraculous place was that world, to be the wish of a god?

After bidding farewell to Ysera, Hu Feng returned to the rocky cavern of Wailing Caverns.

He swept his divine consciousness through the cave and found no trace of any monsters. Wailing Caverns had returned to tranquility. Just as he was about to leave, a sound made Hu Feng's entire body tremble violently.

Hu Feng sat on the ground, staring in disbelief at the portable Titan communication device in his storage ring, which had suddenly begun emitting bursts of sound.

Had his guess been wrong?

Had the Pantheon not been destroyed?

That was impossible! All evidence pointed to the most terrifying outcome: the Pantheon no longer existed. Yet now the communication device had suddenly received a contact request. Could it be Sargeras?

Gritting his teeth, he decided to gamble. He accepted it!

After he accepted the contact request, a holographic projection appeared above the device. Hu Feng immediately sighed in relief. Thank goodness, it was not Sargeras!

Avenger Argus excitedly watched as the other party accepted the request. This proved that the newborn Titan was still alive and well! He still had kin! Then he saw the incarnation of this yet-unborn kinsman...

"Hi. Hello, I'm a newborn Titan, Sarodal. Is that the Pantheon on your end?" Hu Feng asked tentatively as he looked at the projection.

At his words, Argus immediately became despondent, boundless sorrow and rage appearing on his face. Hu Feng looked at his expression, understood something, and sighed as well.

"I understand... Then I have only one question. How many of us are left?"

Argus found this strange. This newborn Titan's wording was far too improper. What did he mean, how many of us were left? They were Titans! But on second thought, this newborn had received no Titan education whatsoever. His incarnation was probably in a mortal world, so his speech had been influenced by mortals. Damn it! It was all Sargeras's fault! If not for him, the birth of a newborn Titan would have been cause for celebration in the Pantheon!

After composing himself, Argus slowly spoke. "Hello, my newborn kinsman. I am Avenger Argus, Sargeras's adjutant before his fall. The Pantheon... no longer exists. Sargeras destroyed us. Now, you are my only kinsman."

Though Hu Feng had already prepared himself mentally, receiving confirmation still left a bitter feeling in his heart.

"I have learned of your circumstances. Your potential is tremendous. You are the first Titan to simultaneously wield the Void and fel energy without being affected by either. If the Pantheon still existed and could properly guide you, we surely would have achieved victory. What a pity, what a pity, my kinsman. You appeared too late. You appeared too late, my kinsman!" A tear rolled down Argus's face.

Hu Feng did not know what to say and could only respond with silence.

Argus quickly calmed down and continued, "But hope remains. You are the Titans' last remaining hope. You are the final dawn of us Titans. Tell me your location. Once I am prepared, I will come and join you. I will teach you everything I know, along with the Pantheon's remaining legacy."

Only then did Hu Feng pull himself together. As long as there was hope, he would not give up. Since Argus called him the final dawn, then...

He would continue growing stronger, until he was strong enough to destroy the Void Lords and Sargeras!

I am... Titan's Dawn!
