Rather than letting the Chinese Server players occupy them, they might as well "give" them to their allies. This would not only prevent the Chinese Server from gaining more benefits, but also strengthen their allies, making it easier to suppress the Chinese Server during their next counterattack. At the very least, they would not have such a hard time.
