Uchiha Shisui let out a bitter laugh.
He had been thinking of burying the truth for Uzumaki Naruto, yet Naruto had exposed it himself.
Did Naruto think he still had the strength to fight?
Uchiha Shisui tentatively moved his body. Agonizing pain flooded his brain; forget fighting, even moving felt extraordinarily difficult.
"Well, if possible, I'll be your subordinate in my next life."
Uchiha Shisui said with a bitter smile, weakly leaning against the grass as he waited for death to come.
The corner of Uzumaki Naruto's mouth curved into a subtle smile.

In an instant, four gleaming golden chains appeared out of thin air. Like four golden dragons, they shot out from Uzumaki Naruto's back.
"Whoosh!!!"
The golden chains cut through the sky with a piercing whistle.
Like golden dragons, yet also like javelins, they stabbed straight toward the chest of the Root ninja wearing a fox mask.
The fox-masked Root ninja's expression changed drastically. He took a step back and shouted, "Those are Adamantine Chains! Dangerous! Uzumaki Naruto is different from the intelligence reports—he has awakened a Kekkei Genkai!"
Without the slightest hesitation, the fox-masked Root ninja swiftly drew a kunai and swung it at the incoming golden chain.
Clang!!!
The sound of metal striking metal rang out.
The sharp kunai was smashed apart by the end of the golden chain as if it were rotten wood. Iron fragments scattered across the ground, while the Root ninja was sent flying like a missile.

The fox-masked Root ninja slammed heavily into a tree trunk and spat out a mouthful of blood.
Before he could react,
the other three chains turned into three golden javelins, tearing across the sky like meteors and striking his chest, piercing straight through both him and the tree trunk.

Three sounds of flesh being pierced.
Before the other two ninjas could react, the Golden Chains withdrew as though alive, circling around Uzumaki Naruto.
Everything seemed slow, but it had actually happened in an instant.
The remaining two Root ninjas hurriedly looked toward their companion.
They saw the fox-masked Root ninja leaning against the tree, his chest and the tree behind him both pierced through by a bloody hole as blood gushed out without end.
"Dangerous..."
The fox-masked ninja stared at Uzumaki Naruto in disbelief before his body crashed heavily to the ground. Blood continued to pour from the wound in his chest that had pierced through the tree along with him.
It stained the tree trunk red and dyed the grass red as well.
There was no trace of life left in him.
"Dangerous!!!"
"Dangerous!!!"
The remaining two Root ninjas' pupils shook. Not daring to hesitate in the slightest, their hands formed seals in a blur.
"Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique!"

The two Root ninjas shouted coldly as water molecules condensed behind them, forming two water dragons made entirely of water.
"Roar!!!"
The water dragons roared and slammed fiercely toward Uzumaki Naruto.
Facing the enormous water dragons rushing at him, Uzumaki Naruto showed no fear. He raised a hand toward the sky and said coldly,
"Scorch Release: Blaze Emperor!!!"
An unprecedentedly massive Scorch Release flame burned in Uzumaki Naruto's hand, and the surrounding temperature rose sharply.

In just a few seconds, the temperature around them had already reached a blistering level that ordinary people could not endure.
The two water dragons formed from Water Release rushed in with fangs bared and claws extended, only to be instantly vaporized by the scorching flames.
The two Root ninjas' expressions changed drastically.

The two Root ninjas exchanged a glance. "We're no match for him. Retreat first."
Like killing machines, the Root ninjas did not hesitate in the slightest as they retreated. Leaving Uchiha Shisui behind, they fled into the distance.

Uzumaki Naruto spoke coldly. With a thought, the bloodstained Golden Chains shot toward the remaining two Root ninjas like javelins.

The four chains split into two paths and pierced through the hearts of the remaining two Root ninjas at the same time.
The two Root ninjas' eyes widened. Their steps faltered, and they collapsed to the ground with a thud, bright red blood continuously flowing from their chests.
Yet the two Root ninjas remained conscious, staring in shock at Uzumaki Naruto as he walked toward them.
How could this be...
How could Uzumaki Naruto possess such strength!?
Weren't Adamantine Chains the Kekkei Genkai of Red Hot Habanero, Uzumaki Kushina?
