Senya and Tsunade restructured Konoha’s leadership while uncovering Akatsuki’s origins and bringing Orochimaru back into the village. Senya restored Orochimaru’s original body and set him on a new research path, while their plans turned toward the Sharingan and the Akatsuki leader Pain.

• Itachi and Orochimaru survived Sasori and Konan’s explosive trap, then returned to Konoha, where Orochimaru revealed Akatsuki’s threat and Senya explained how Danzo and Hanzō had helped turn Nagato’s group toward violence.
• Senya, Tsunade, Orochimaru, and Jiraiya discussed Yahiko’s death and the Akatsuki’s past, while Tsunade began publicly defending Orochimaru and blaming Danzo for the human experiments.
• Tsunade reorganized Konoha’s departments, removed Homura and the former Hokage’s Assistants from power, appointed Inoichi and Nonō to lead departments, and gave the Intelligence Department to the Aburame clan.
• Tsunade and Orochimaru established the Konoha Ninja Arts Academy, secured Hiashi’s funding to modify the Caged Bird seal, and appointed Hiashi and Senya as Hokage’s Assistants.
• Senya offered Kabuto a role in Root after Kabuto asked to protect Nonō, then freed Nonō from the hypnosis she had used to sustain her work at the orphanage.
• Senya used Izanagi to neutralize the Sage Chakra in Orochimaru’s original body, allowing Orochimaru to return to it and begin recovering, in exchange for staying in Konoha and following Senya’s conditions.
• Senya explained the Mangekyō Sharingan, Hashirama Cells, and the Uchiha and Senju’s shared ancestry, then let Orochimaru study deceased Uchiha Sharingan while refusing to provide his or Tsunade’s blood.
• Senya and Orochimaru both considered Itachi as a potential source for Orochimaru’s research, and Senya spent the afternoon helping Shizune train before she lured him into a purple-lit room.

Senya accompanied Tsunade to meet Daimyo Ashihiko, who named Ashiwa his successor and asked Senya to continue the pursuit of peace. As Kirigakure invaded the Land of Fire, Senya rushed to the eastern front, where Orochimaru and Hiruzen fought Kakuzu and Hidan.

• Senya and Tsunade visited Daimyo Ashihiko, and Senya defended their relationship from Akihiro and the Guardian Ninja.
• Ashihiko named Ashiwa his successor and asked Senya to fulfill Hashirama’s failed dream of peace, prompting Senya to resolve to unify the ninja world.
• Indra and Asura transferred their remaining soul power to Senya, while a flashback revealed they had helped Reiner be reborn as Senya Uchiha.
• After learning that Kirigakure had attacked the eastern coast, Senya left Tsunade to handle the succession and hurried toward the front.
• Kirigakure forces attacked Orochimaru and Hiruzen Sarutobi’s group, while Orochimaru led his fighters toward Konoha’s reinforcements.
• Orochimaru and Hiruzen confronted Kakuzu and Hidan, and Hiruzen battered Hidan while Orochimaru pierced Kakuzu’s heart.
• Kakuzu pulled Hidan from Orochimaru’s burning mud attack, survived his pierced heart, and carried Hidan away after declaring he was quitting.

Senya arrived after Hiruzen and Orochimaru fought Yagura and Isobu, then defeated Obito and forced Kirigakure to surrender. Back in Konoha, Senya began negotiating reparations and trade while helping Hiashi, Shizune, Izumi, and Kurenai with their concerns.

• Yagura and Isobu battled Hiruzen Sarutobi and Orochimaru until Hiruzen used the Reaper Death Seal to pull their souls from their bodies and died with them.
• Obito attacked the Konoha forces with a Wood Golem, but Senya arrived and battered the golem with Qianyue until Obito escaped using Izanagi.
• Senya led Konoha’s army toward Kirigakure and secured Mei Terumi’s surrender, killing Suikazan Fuguki and demanding that Mei remain with him.
• Senya returned to Konoha with Mei Terumi and Kisame Hoshigaki, then began discussing reparations and trade terms with Mei.
• Senya returned Ao’s recovered Byakugan to Hiashi and brought him to Orochimaru, who agreed to research the Caged Bird seal.
• Senya helped Shizune with her paperwork, agreed to train Izumi, and assessed her ninjutsu and sound-based Genjutsu.
• Senya advised Izumi to combine her Genjutsu with her attacks and called her the “Melody Girl” as they left the training grounds.
• Kurenai asked Senya for help with her Genjutsu training, and he offered to let her review his draft trade proposal.

Senya negotiated a trade pact with Kirigakure, reshaped Konoha’s foreign trade efforts, and set out to restore his vision through the Dragon Vein. The Dragon Vein sent him into ancient Rōran, where he began uncovering Anrokuzan’s scheme and encountered Naruto and other familiar figures.

• Kurenai accepted Senya’s appointment as head of the Foreign Trade Department and began preparing a trade plan for Kirigakure.
• Senya negotiated a treaty with Ao that secured reparations, trade access, higher tariffs, and land-leasing rights for Konoha in the Land of Water.
• Senya presented a commercial and cultural war strategy to Konoha’s leaders, then left the Anbu and named Tenzo Yamato while building up the Foreign Trade Department.
• Senya departed Konoha for the Land of Wind to seek the Dragon Vein and restore his damaged eyesight.
• At Rōran’s ruins, Qianyue absorbed half the Dragon Vein’s Chakra and transformed into a small girl, while Senya absorbed the rest and recovered his hidden memories.
• Anrokuzan sent Senya into the past through the Dragon Vein, where Senya met Naruto and learned that Sarah was the Queen of Rōran.
• Senya infiltrated Sarah’s palace and questioned Anrokuzan, then found Naruto fighting puppets and watched a masked blond man and a burly red-haired man come to his aid.
