Hiashi used Senya’s plan to free the Hyuga Branch Family from the Caged Bird, while Senya helped with Konoha’s projects and faced Nagato in a duel. After Senya defeated Nagato, Nagato chose to live and help him pursue Yahiko’s dream of peace.

• Hiashi secured the elders’ approval to send three hundred Branch House members on the firearms mission, and Neji and Tenten tested the new weapons with the Hyuga ninja.
• Senya helped Neji reveal the Pure Eye Seal plan to Ganmen, and the returning branch-family ninja joined Hiashi in confronting the elders, who had branded Hinata and Hanabi with the Caged Bird.
• Senya killed the Great Elder and the other elders, freed Hinata and Hanabi from their curse marks, and helped Hiashi begin replacing the clan system with the Pure Eye Seal.
• Hashirama returned from Sunagakure, then Senya recruited him and Choza to build bridge piers for Tazuna’s route between Konoha and Kirigakure.

Senya helped former Akatsuki members find new roles, then strengthened his Rinnegan and Susanoo before traveling to Turtle Island to support Naruto’s training. He reunited Naruto with Minato and Kushina, helped Naruto take the Nine-Tails’ chakra, and left the recovered beast with Naruto as Samui invited him to a Kumogakure banquet.

• Senya registered temporary permits for the Akatsuki members and offered them paths to join Konoha or return to their villages, with Deidara, Juzo Biwa, Sasori, Kakuzu, and Hidan each choosing their course.
• Juzo Biwa reunited with Kirigakure, gave Zabuza half of the Kubikiribōchō, and explained how to repair it, while Deidara left Iwagakure after destroying a mountain and accepted Senya’s bridge-project job.

Senya settled Jiraiya’s wager by negotiating Nadeshiko Village’s cooperation with Konoha, then trained at Cloud-Thunder Ravine and became entangled with Yugito Nii. As he traveled onward to Iwagakure, Konoha strengthened its trade and alliances, while Chiba returned from Kirigakure with intelligence and advanced Minato’s training.

• Senya defeated Shizuka, learned that she hoped to save her ill master Fuzishou Tingxiang, and offered to arrange treatment in Konoha.
• Senya negotiated with Fuzishou Tingxiang, promising treatment and proposing that Nadeshiko Village join the Ninja Association and occupy territory cleared of Rogue Ninja in Sound Country.
• Senya trained at Cloud-Thunder Ravine, absorbed lightning-natured Natural Chakra, and inadvertently helped Yugito Nii become a Perfect Jinchuriki before promising to take responsibility for her.

Senya secured Iwagakure’s cooperation, helped Nadeshiko Village defeat the rogue shinobi, and returned to Konoha as Obito’s plans came to light. The Allied Shinobi Forces formed and began the Fourth Great Ninja War, with Senya marking their ranks to expose White Zetsu infiltrators.

• Senya persuaded Ōnoki to accept Nadeshiko Village’s commission, and Iwagakure’s jōnin voted to take part despite doubts about Konoha’s motives.
• Iwagakure and Nadeshiko Village wiped out the rogue shinobi near the former Otogakure site, while seven Sound Ninja escaped and Ōnoki tried to claim Nadeshiko territory.
• Senya stopped Ōnoki from taking Nadeshiko land, and Jiraiya confessed his love to Tingxiang before she kissed him.
• After returning to Konoha, Senya learned from Kabuto and Itachi that Obito had gathered White Zetsu and was preparing to revive the Ten-Tails.
• Senya warned the villages and announced Obito’s war plans, then Obito appeared at the Ninja Association meeting and declared the Fourth Great Ninja War.
• The shinobi formed the Allied Shinobi Forces with Senya as supreme commander, and Senya showed the Five Kage Konoha’s Chakra Armor and weapons.
