Hun Xiu defeated the Saints, filled the Investiture of the Gods List, and completed his mission before a system error sent him into Qian Xunji’s body on Douluo Continent. He took back his place in Spirit Hall and left Bibi Dong confronting the past trauma tied to Qian Xunji.

• Primeval Lord of Heaven killed Demon Master Kunpeng and destroyed his palace, prompting Nuwa to confront the Saints over the loss of the faction she protected.
• Nuwa and Hun Xiu fought alongside each other, killed Primeval Lord of Heaven, Taishang Laozi, Daoist Jieyin, and Daoist Zhunti, then forced the gathered Primordial Great Powers onto the Investiture of the Gods List.
• Hun Xiu filled the list with True Spirits, revealed Queen Mother of the West as his partner, and took charge of Jiejiao after Sect Master Tongtian entrusted it to him.
• Hun Xiu tested Jiejiao’s disciples, kept the loyal ones, and sent them to hunt evil Golden Immortal cultivators until the list was full and the tribulation ended.
• Hun Xiu became a Saint, but a white beam beyond the Heavenly Dao’s power took him out of the Primordial World and back to the System, where Xiao Yi sent him to Douluo Continent in Qian Xunji’s body.
• Hun Xiu emerged from Qian Xunji’s grave, denied being Qian Renxue’s father, and learned from Xiao Yi that he had to help Spirit Hall unify the continent and help Bibi Dong and Qian Renxue become gods.
• Hun Xiu evaded Golden Crocodile Douluo, fought him with his Six-Winged Angel Martial Soul, then returned to Spirit Hall and told Qian Daoliu that Tang Hao had killed him.
• Hun Xiu resigned as Pope, recommended Bibi Dong as his successor, and summoned her to a secret chamber, where she accused him of intending to insult or humiliate her.

Hun Xiu forced Tang Hao and the Haotian Sect under Spirit Hall’s control while crushing resistance and consolidating his power. After Spirit Hall became the Spirit Empire, Hun Xiu moved toward Heaven Dou City as Ning Fengzhi and Yu Yuanzhen plotted to place Xue Qinghe on the throne.

• Hun Xiu appointed Bibi Dong Pope, then completed his seclusion and defeated Tang Hao at Spirit Hall, forcing Tang San to join and ordering him to mass-produce Hidden Weapons.
• Hun Xiu imprisoned Tang Hao and used A Yin to make him pressure the Haotian Sect into surrendering, but destroyed A Yin’s Blue Silver Grass when Tang Hao refused to sacrifice the sect.
• Hun Xiu killed Tang Xiao, imprisoned Tang Hao again, and forced Tang San to kneel while Bibi Dong pursued her own plan to become a god and kill Hun Xiu.
• Hun Xiu revealed Yu Xiaogang’s motives to Bibi Dong, who left Yu Xiaogang and Liu Erlong alive, but two black-robed Soul Douluo killed them after they left Spirit Soul City.
• Spirit Hall declared itself the Spirit Empire, and Hun Xiu traveled toward Heaven Dou City with five Enshrined Elders as the imperial court monitored his group.
• Ning Fengzhi and Gu Rong considered replacing Emperor Xue Ye with Xue Qinghe and sought Yu Yuanzhen’s support.
• Yu Yuanzhen agreed to help Xue Qinghe ascend, while Ning Fengzhi wondered whether the crown prince would accept taking his father’s throne.

Hun Xiu consolidated the Spirit Empire by taking control of the Heaven Dou and Star Luo Empires, subduing major sects and the Star Dou Great Forest, and claiming Sea God Island. The stretch ended with Hun Xiu killing the Nine-Headed Bat King and preparing to kill Tang Chen.

• Ning Fengzhi and Gu Rong asked Xue Qinghe to become emperor, and Xue Qinghe agreed to take the throne while keeping her identity concealed.
• Xue Qinghe became Emperor Qinghe, while Hun Xiu forced the Haotian Sect and Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect to submit and took control of the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Family.
• Hun Xiu revealed A Yin to Tang San, who accepted her as his mother, and Tang Hao died after A Yin rejected him.
• Xue Qinghe crushed a rebellion and returned to Spirit Hall, where Qian Renxue reunited with Bibi Dong and Tang San learned that she had ruled Heaven Dou as Xue Qinghe.
• Hun Xiu absorbed the Heaven Dou Empire and Star Luo Empire, then made Tang San Holy Son and arranged his engagement to Xiao Wu.
• Hun Xiu secured the Star Dou Great Forest’s submission after Xiao Wu persuaded Da Ming and Er Ming to accept his terms for the soul beasts.
• Hun Xiu defeated Bo Saixi, secured Sea God Island’s allegiance to the Spirit Empire, and took the Sea God Trident for Tang San.
• Hun Xiu conquered the City of Slaughter, exposed the Nine-Headed Bat King controlling Tang Chen, and killed the Bat King before declaring he would kill Tang Chen.

Hun Xiu killed Tang San after Tang San completed the Sea God inheritance, then left Douluo Continent and defeated Zhou Yuan and Li Luo before subduing Yao Yao and Jiang Qing'e. He moved on to the Great Thousand World, where he concealed his identity and entered the Hall of Souls’ disciple selection with Nie Tianxin.

• Hun Xiu sent Tang San to Sea God Island to train, where Tang San eventually completed the Sea God’s Nine Trials and became the Sea God.
• Tang San confronted Hun Xiu, declared his intent to avenge Tang Hao, and attacked him, but Hun Xiu crushed the Sea God Trident and killed him.
• Hun Xiu told A Yin that Tang San had occupied her biological son’s body, showed her the truth, and left Douluo Continent for the Battle Through the Heavens Universe.
• Hun Xiu fought Zhou Yuan and Li Luo, exposed how fate had made them its puppets, and defeated them when they refused to submit.
• Hun Xiu dissolved Zhou Yuan and Li Luo, consumed the Heavenly Dao’s consciousness, and confronted Yao Yao and Jiang Qing'e when they arrived.
• Yao Yao and Jiang Qing'e attacked Hun Xiu but failed to hurt him, then submitted to preserve the chance to avenge Zhou Yuan and Li Luo.
• Hun Xiu arrived in the Great Thousand World and joined the Hall of Souls’ disciple selection, where he met Nie Tianxin and concealed his identity and cultivation.
• Hun Xiu and Nie Tianxin passed the Hall of Souls’ age-and-cultivation barrier and entered its mountain gate.
