Chi Xiu destroyed the Sun Moon Empire’s Soul Guidance Cannon Shells, survived the invasion with help from his future self, and returned to a changed Douluo Continent. As he resumed the tournament and took on new responsibilities, he formed relationships with Ning Rongrong and Zhu Zhuqing and helped White Bird and Tang Yuehua.

• Chi Xiu and Bibi Dong infiltrated the Sun Moon Empire’s palace, but Xu Liangshi revealed the shells’ launch system and trapped them with soldiers carrying weapons designed to counter Chi Xiu.
• Xue Wuyang awakened her lightning power to destroy the shells, and Chi Xiu absorbed its strain, broke through to Level 99, and escaped with her and Bibi Dong.
• Back in Douluo, Pride offered to transfer older Xue Wuyang’s soul into her younger body, while Chi Xiu and Bibi Dong confessed their feelings and kissed.
• The Sun Moon Empire invaded, and Chi Xiu’s forces fought its battle-armored soldiers until his future self arrived, defeated them, and healed Xue Wuyang.
• Chi Xiu and his future self destroyed the Time Machine and ended the Sun Moon Empire’s threat, then returned to Douluo as the Sun Moon Continent disappeared beneath the sea.
• Chi Xiu reunited with his allies, agreed to become master of the Hall of Elders and accepted the Purple Star King title, then began traveling across the continent.
• Chi Xiu accepted Ning Rongrong and Zhu Zhuqing as girlfriends, while helping White Bird recover and taking Tang Yuehua back to Clear Sky Sect.
