Background

Night Cherry Tangle first encountered Qin Chuan north of Beli City after Qin Chuan was teleported out of a temple trial. He recognized “Night Roaming God” despite Qin Chuan’s concealed identity, then requested to add him as a friend. His ability to see through Camouflage explained how he recognized Qin Chuan. 100 101

At the time, he was completing a Radiant Knight class-advancement quest. Qin Chuan knew the hidden class as a balanced sword-and-shield path capable of defense, crowd control, and considerable damage. 101
