Chapter Summaries

Qin Chuan entered the Undead World with Scripps to attack the Undead Monarchs’ domains and ease the pressure on Yan Country. After Scripps cleared a path through the Undead, Qin Chuan defeated a Saint Domain-grade Skeleton King and prepared to continue his counterattack.

• Qin Chuan instructed Apex Guild to hold its base, then entered the Undead World through a Space Rift.
• Qin Chuan summoned Scripps, who burned through the Undead while Qin Chuan collected their dropped loot.
• Qin Chuan and Scripps reached a bone mountain, where a Saint Domain-grade Skeleton King challenged them for trespassing.
• Scripps blocked the Skeleton King’s spells, and the Skeleton King summoned a vast horde of Undead.
• Qin Chuan wiped out much of the horde with Poison Blood Plague and defeated the Skeleton King with King's Judgment.

After defeating the Skeleton King, Qin Chuan and Scripps raided several Undead Kingdoms and gathered blueprints, loot, and contracts before returning to Magic City. Qin Chuan began distributing the blueprints so Apex Guild could expand the stronghold’s defenses.

• Qin Chuan killed the Skeleton King in one move and found the Heaven's Judgment Wall blueprint among its loot.
• Qin Chuan and Scripps destroyed several Undead Kingdoms, collecting more blueprints and three Undead Dominion Contracts.
• Qin Chuan planned to use the contracts to strengthen allied strongholds and sell the remaining one to the authorities.
• Qin Chuan took Scripps back to Magic City through a Space Rift after finding fewer Undead to fight.

Qin Chuan arrived in Beli City after it descended into Yan Country and met again with Idith, his former Assassin Instructor. With his support, Idith took control of the city from her father, Aldrich, and declared herself its new City Lord.

• Qin Chuan sensed Beli City’s descent, told Apex to guard the base, and traveled there with Scripps.
• Qin Chuan and Scripps reached Beli City, where the gathered players and city NPCs hesitated to approach them.
• Instructor Lei Hua Ao escorted Qin Chuan into the city to meet the City Lord, and Qin Chuan greeted Idith.
• Qin Chuan and Idith declared that Beli City needed a new leader, while Aldrich refused to give up his position.
• Qin Chuan immobilized Aldrich, then Idith declared herself the new City Lord of Beli City.

Idith took control of Beli City after Qin Chuan backed her, and she began reorganizing its defenses and military. She and Qin Chuan then agreed to an alliance between Beli City and his base in Magic City, with his side leading while the cities remained equal partners.

• Idith challenged the NPCs to oppose her becoming city lord, and Leihuao knelt to pledge his loyalty before the others followed.

• Qin Chuan explained that the darkness empowered the Night Watchers and suppressed the Aberrant Beasts, then the Black Flame Dragon, Season Star’s robots, and the Night Watchers drove back the attackers.
• Qin Chuan told Tiga Lingyu to recall the defenders after the wave was defeated, and Lola thanked him for helping the Night Watchers establish themselves in Magic City.

Qin Chuan arrived at River City on Scripps and saved its defenders from an overwhelming horde of Aberrant Beasts. After discovering that a Divinity Fragment had drawn the beasts to the city, he had Scripps kill their leader and claimed the fragment, whose origin remained unknown.

• The River City captain received an order to retreat, but he and his soldiers hesitated to abandon the city and its civilians.
• Qin Chuan arrived riding Scripps, told the soldiers to fall back, and let the Black Dragon tear through the Aberrant Beast horde.
• Qin Chuan used the Eye of Voidpiercing to find a Divinity Fragment near the heart of the Aberrant Beast leader and realized the creature wanted to devour the city's people for energy.
• Qin Chuan ordered Scripps to attack the leader, and Scripps destroyed it with a claw strike and Dragon Breath.
• Qin Chuan collected the fallen Divinity Fragment and wondered which god it had come from.

Qin Chuan brought a mysterious Divinity Fragment from River City to the Night Hall, where the Night Lady’s oracle linked its power to an ancient being sealed in the Abyss. He planned to ask Old Ma about the Abyss once he arrived.

• Qin Chuan found that the Divinity Fragment absorbed his shadow power without reacting, then stored it and left River City with Scripps after the Aberrant Beast attack ended.

• Qin Chuan identified dark energy from a Divinity Fragment within the Undead and summoned Scripps to help defend Kyoto while Crimson Feather joined the fight.
• Qin Chuan found and killed the hundred-meter-tall Bone Scythe Skeleton, causing the empowered Undead to collapse and the remaining attackers to be defeated.
• Qin Chuan collected the Divinity Fragment, checked that the Magic City Stronghold was secure, and prepared to travel to Ascending Dragon Imperial City.
• The Water God warned Qin Chuan that an energy had erupted and was shaking Ascending Dragon Imperial City, so Qin Chuan teleported there.

A colossal Ghost Willow Projection attacked Ascending Dragon Imperial City, and Water God, Season Star, Song Ling, and Mirror fought to protect the city. Qin Chuan arrived as they struggled to hold back the overwhelming threat.

• A towering, many-eyed Ghost Willow Projection appeared outside Ascending Dragon Imperial City, and Season Star suspected it was a true god.
• The Ghost Willow's roar cracked the city's defensive barrier, so Water God reinforced it while Season Star rallied everyone to defend the city.
• Water God sent puppet guards to attack, but the Ghost Willow's pressure destroyed them before they could reach it.
• Crocodile Spirit identified the creature as possibly the Willow Apricot Holy Mother, though its appearance and aura seemed evil.

• The Ghost Willow Projection endured Annihilation Reincarnation's ninety-nine slashes and launched a destructive black sphere at the vortex.
• Qin Chuan weakened the Ghost Willow Projection with Annihilation Reincarnation, then struck it with Extreme Cooling, Shadow Flying Dagger, and Corrosive Rain.
• The Ghost Willow Projection collapsed into black fragments, and the darkness over the battlefield dispersed as the Water God, Season Star, Song Ling, and Mirror celebrated Qin Chuan's victory.

• Qin Chuan used the Shadow Domain to get the Blood Servants past the temple barrier, then sent a Ghost Shadow Soldier inside and learned that the interior interfered with his control.
• Qin Chuan entered the Divine Temple with the Fourth True Ancestor, Season Star, Song Ling, the Water God, Mirror, and the others under the protection of the Shadow Domain.
• Qin Chuan and the Fourth True Ancestor found fresh bloodstains and strange runes on a circular altar, and Qin Chuan suspected the site was connected to a Divinity Fragment.

Qin Chuan led Season Star, Water God, Song Ling, and Mirror into battle against a corrupted Shiva Statue, using the fight to push them toward opening domains. Under mounting pressure, Water God awakened his Water Domain and destroyed the statue’s swarm of snakes.

• Qin Chuan identified the sinister Shiva Statue as corrupted by Evil Power and told the group to prepare for battle.
• The statue awakened and attacked, while Qin Chuan used his Shadow Domain to shield the group and urged them to take the lead.
• Water God, Season Star, Song Ling, and Mirror fought the statue, but its cobra repeatedly regenerated and its attacks grew more dangerous.
