Reefs were submerged in moments, corals bleached and died, and schools of fish leaped madly from the water.

Far offshore, enormous whirlpools appeared from nowhere, dragging countless tons of seawater into bottomless abysses.

The sky was madly pouring seawater down upon the land. Dark clouds spun into cyclones hundreds of kilometers wide, while lightning occasionally struck the endlessly rolling black sea.

It was a complete scene of apocalypse.

"Over in Sootopolis City, the temperature of the seawater is also rising unnaturally. Some plants have already begun to wither, while the sky has not a single cloud in sight—only a blazing sun constantly radiating light and heat."
