Hel looked at He Ao and answered tentatively, "He'll definitely find a way to return to the core of the two major conglomerates and regain control."
"Good idea."
He Ao nodded lightly. "Find someone. The two of you each take a team from the City Defense Army and seal off the two conglomerates' buildings. Raid his home, and we'll wait for the rabbit to come to us."

Hel immediately nodded excitedly.
Before he turned to leave, He Ao, holding a tablet, seemed to remember something. He turned and called out, "Oh, right. Didn't the warehouse have three floors? Why weren't the second layer and Third Floor connected to the building's main network?"
Hearing this, Hel froze for a moment, then explained,
"The Second and Third Floors hold the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Transcendent Items and materials. They seemed to have originally been connected to the main network.
"But later, Director Quake separated them. Only he could enter the Second and Third Floors, so those two floors became his private vault. The things stored inside haven't been updated in years."
"Do you know where the keys to the warehouse's Second and Third Floors are?"
He Ao asked casually.
"Uh, I don't think there are any keys?"
Hel scratched his head. "I went to the warehouse before. It seemed like the Second and Third Floors had been changed to combination locks. Only Director Quake knew the password."
"Alright, I understand. Go on."
He Ao nodded lightly.
"Alright, Mr. Sot. I'll be going now."
Hel nodded slightly and continued deeper down the corridor.
He Ao watched his receding figure disappear.
Then he turned and walked toward the elevator beside him, pressing the call button.
