According to confessions from Order Church members, over several decades, the Order Church had been collaborating with major consortiums—particularly medical consortiums such as Stars Pharmaceutical—to amputate or euthanize patients through unnecessary surgeries, or purchase the organs of the poor, in order to obtain parts of many people's bodies.
During this process, they used special methods to transfer part of the victims' life force into those body parts, eventually assembling them into the Order Church's "ritual offerings."
