Intense artillery fire echoed through the silent, spacious hall.
The young adjutant broke through the City Defense Officer's obstruction and rushed toward the controller nearby.
The City Defense Officer immediately pulled away, trying to hold the young adjutant back again.
But at that moment, the adjutant suddenly retreated and charged toward the control room's door.
He seemed to be using an attack on the controller to conceal his attempt to escape.
"Trying to run!"
The City Defense Officer was briefly stunned by the maneuver, but he did not pause. He immediately turned and gave chase.
He was even faster than the adjutant. In an instant, he reached the door and blocked the adjutant's path.

But then he suddenly realized that the young adjutant had not pulled the controller down. Instead, he stood before it and looked out the window.
Outside the window of this control room was the main hall of the control center.
At that moment, soldiers loyal to both sides were engaged in constant firefights throughout the hall.
Guns and flames raged through the massive hall.
By now, both sides were running low on ammunition. The numerous soldiers could only hide behind cover and repeatedly launch probing attacks.
At that moment, the young adjutant also seemed to notice the City Defense Officer's
