A dark mass of sorcerers approached the new city.

The queued merchants, travelers, and civilians all hurriedly moved aside, like a heavy storm cloud driving away a crowd without umbrellas.

The workers atop the city walls sped up their repairs by several levels, and the overseers increased the frequency with which they swung their whips as well.

Other than that, silence reigned.

"D-Dean..." A Sorcerer in gate guard attire and a green robe came running over, panting heavily.

He looked at Otolan, standing nearby with his grizzled hair and beard, hesitated for an imperceptible instant, then stopped before Senne.

Senne noticed his hesitation. His already unpleasantly gloomy face grew even darker.

But he knew what took priority at a time like this.

After glancing at Otolan, who was observing the construction of the new city with great interest and occasionally discussing with the Rissberg Civil Conglomerate's Sorcerers what defensive weapons should be installed on the walls to stop the Wild Hunt, he asked:

"Did anyone suspicious enter the city?"
