After lunch ended, Vizet carried the dishes into the kitchen and put them in the sink.
He had cast magic earlier to keep the water in the house warm, so he did not cast any more spells. Instead, like Luna, he rolled up his sleeves and started washing the dishes by hand.
Washing dishes always made bubbles. As the water in the sink churned, a large bubble drifted up unsteadily.
Luna finished clearing the dining table and came into the kitchen with a rag. Seeing the bubble refracting rainbow light, she reached out and tapped it gently with one finger.
Pop... The bubble burst.
Luna said thoughtfully, "It's going to turn into a Bubble Slug!"
