When Xenophilius Lovegood arrived at the Hog's Head, Aberforth Dumbledore's reaction surprised him somewhat.
When he wanted to book a room to have a private talk with Luna, Aberforth Dumbledore suddenly asked, "Do you know something?"
Hearing that, Xenophilius froze for a moment before instinctively asking, "What... am I supposed to know?"
"Something about Vizet!" Aberforth Dumbledore said bluntly, without any attempt to conceal it. "You want a private room. Are you planning to talk Luna through this?"
"How did you know?" Xenophilius's eyes widened in utter disbelief, and his voice even cracked slightly as he spoke.
"Ahem, ahem..." Seemingly recalling something, he quickly shook his head, trying to cover up his earlier reaction. "Well... this matter... uh..."
"I've had a child too..." Aberforth Dumbledore suddenly sighed. "Though only for a short while, I still understand what parents think when it comes to their children."
"Besides... Luna is a good child, and Vizet is a good child too. I don't want something like this to happen either..." He asked again, "Do you know something?"
Xenophilius opened his mouth. Seeing the sincerity in Aberforth Dumbledore's eyes, he nodded with some difficulty. "I heard some news from Mundungus Fletcher..."

Mundungus Fletcher was a short, fat wizard with bowed legs. Xenophilius still remembered how delighted that stubble-faced man had looked when he accepted the hush money.
"Because he couldn't beat me!" Aberforth Dumbledore said. "A few spells, enough to leave him doubled over in pain, and he told me everything."
