"I don't know..." Hermione shook her head. "All I can say is... this is going to be far more complicated than we expected."
She looked at Ron. "Luckily, you interrupted me back then and asked Luna that question."
"Since those Dark Wizards have 'that thing,' if they notice anything, the consequences would be unimaginable!"
"Me?" Ron pointed at himself and scratched his head sheepishly. "I honestly didn't think that much about it at the time."
Harry hurriedly asked, "Then how is Vizet doing now?"
Hermione frowned slightly. "Judging by how Luna acted just now, Vizet's condition... should still be fairly optimistic."
"How could you be sure of that?" Ron was still full of doubts. "What exactly did what Luna said back then tell you?"
"I can't figure it out either..." Ron spread his hands. "What Luna said at the time... seemed pretty ordinary."
"It was just common magical knowledge... Transfiguration can indeed last a long time. Sometimes, it only disappears after the wizard who cast it has died."
Hermione had already walked to the window and pointed at the Baby Thunderbird and Phoenix high in the sky. "So, look at that..."
Harry and Ron both looked up, following the direction of Hermione's finger, and saw the Baby Thunderbird and Phoenix playing together.
"Isn't that Headmaster Dumbledore's Phoenix?" Ron narrowed his eyes, trying to make out the Phoenix he was seeing. "I remember Headmaster Dumbledore having a Phoenix."
"There seem to be some differences..." Harry shook his head lightly. "Headmaster Dumbledore's Phoenix should be somewhat differ—"
He did not finish his sentence. As though he had realized something, his eyes suddenly widened. "No! This isn't an ordinary Phoenix! Vizet left it behind!"
"You all remember, right?" Excitement colored his voice as he turned to Ron. "You heard the singing earlier too!"
