Having passed Xenophilius's test, Vizet and Luna still had plenty to do, starting with telling more of their friends and family.
At The Burrow, Mrs. Weasley's face lit up when she heard the news, the wrinkles at the corners of her eyes smoothing out as she smiled.
She was happy for them, but she couldn't resist a little nagging.
"Fred! George! And Ron! Look at Vizet and Luna, then look at yourselves! When are you going to stop making me worry?"
Even Fred and George could only laugh awkwardly and try to brush it off.
Ron muttered under his breath, "What do you mean, 'and Ron'... And what's this got to do with us?"
When they reached M headquarters and told Sirius Black and Lupin, Sirius gave Vizet a hearty slap on the shoulder and burst out laughing. "Well done!"
Then, much like Mrs. Weasley, he started giving Harry pointed looks. "Harry, you ought to learn from him!"
Harry could only cough repeatedly and smile in embarrassment before turning to Lupin with a pleading look.
Lupin merely shrugged helplessly. When it came to this sort of thing... he didn't have much experience either.
He found himself missing Tonks. If she hadn't been so forward, and if Vizet hadn't completely cured Lycanthropy Disease, he probably never would have taken that step.
Noticing Harry's look, Sirius immediately had an idea. "Why are you asking Lupin? Ask Tonks! How long have you and Ginny been together now?"
From morning until night, Vizet and Luna were either pulled aside for a chat or surrounded by people asking for details. Even finding a chance to hold hands became a luxury.
It was only after dinner, when Xenophilius and Pandora went out for a walk, that the two finally had time alone.
