The Robe Was Pure Black, So It Could Hide Blood
Luna tilted her head, carefully recalling her past experiences.
"I feel like this is similar to Potions, like painting... Maybe I'm not good enough at painting right now, but I can make the colors more vibrant."
"So I tried to fix it... Wizet taught me the Ritual Magic of Water-Making Spell, and I felt I could use it, so I incorporated it into my work."
Snape raised an eyebrow. "Is this your own idea?"
"Yes." Luna nodded. "I just go with my gut feeling... If I think the color is too light, I add some color to make it look better."
When the bell rang, the students rushed out of the classroom as if their lives depended on it.
Luna leisurely tidied up her textbooks and desk before strolling out of the classroom with Amica.
Snape watched their shadows lengthen and then disappear, his expression becoming complicated.
This method, relying on intuition...
He had seen it before, back in his student days.
She was a girl with red hair and green eyes, as beautiful as a lily...
A girl who likes to act on her own instincts, enjoys studying Ancient Magic, and dislikes following the steps of Potions brewing, yet manages to earn Slughorn's praise...
Snape's face contorted in pain, his eyes filled with agony.
He suddenly clenched his fist and punched it squarely in the chest.
One blow after another, producing a dull sound.
Fingernails cut through the skin, and fresh blood stained the lines on the palm, soaking the robe.
However, the robes were pure black, which could conceal the blood, so it didn't matter.
Footsteps echoed outside the classroom; it was the sound of Slytherin students returning to their common room.
Snape regained his firm and indifferent gaze, looked at the darkening bloodstains on his palm, and gently pressed his wand against the wound.
A vibrant green light enveloped my palm, healing the wounds on it.
"Dust and Grime Begone!"
He gently waved his wand, casting his most frequently used Cleaning Charm to clean the blood clots from his robes and hands.
He picked up a bottle of Potions from the basket, which had Luna and Amica's names written on it. "Those two siblings... tsk!"
Ever since hearing about the history of the Elder Wand, Wizet has become even more attentive to the course on the History of Magic.
Whether or not you'll ever use it, it's never a bad thing to remember a little more.
Although I already have a complete History of Magic in my mind, it's never a bad thing to hear the professor recount it again.
This morning was a good start; I not only learned a new Magical Theory from Sprout — the Magic Cube Theory.
Furthermore, he had arranged with Professor McGonagall that they could officially begin contacting Animagus on Saturday afternoon.
On the way to the Great Hall, Wizet casually made some notes, recording all the shortcomings of the Scouring Charm Button.
The Scouring Charm Button was used too infrequently; after only about ten people used it, it reverted to its ladybug form, which is a significant shortcoming.
Finding ways to reduce the volume of the chanting is an area that can be improved upon.
Making the Scouring Charm Button more versatile is also an area that can be further improved;
The Scouring Charm has a wide range of uses, but the Scouring Charm that Wizet fixed to the ladybug's button could only clean itself and could not clean at will, which was not flexible enough.
Just as Wizet was descending the stairs, Fred and George appeared on either side of him, looking at the contents of the notebook and exclaiming in unison, "Hey! Isn't this supposed to be a magical artifact?"
Fred put his arm around Wizet's shoulder. "So, dear materials consultant, do you have any questions? We can definitely help!"
"Absolutely right!" George put his arm around Wizet's other shoulder. "Want to prolong the duration of the Scouring Charm? We're experts at that!"
Wizet's mind raced, and she asked eagerly, "Oh? Do you have any good ideas?"
George said somewhat displeased, "You're being too polite! Do you really need to say 'please' to us? Only Peeves would make Filch say 'please,' we're practically family!"
"That's true!" Fred nodded in agreement, lowering his voice slightly. "Where did you go last night?"
"Last night?" Wizet, somewhat surprised. "You went out too?"
Fred asked, "Guess where our lounge is?"
George asked, "Guess who led Filch there?"
The relationship between Filch and the Weasley twins can be described as irreconcilable.
Their relationship with Peeves is completely reversed.
Peeves really likes the Weasley twins and often helps them cover for each other to escape Filch's clutches.
"But what surprised us was... how could you run so fast?"
"Yes! We were just about to say hello when you came downstairs!"
"Have you discovered some new secret passage?"
"We saw you suddenly disappear without a trace!"
"They have a new secret passage to tell us!"
"We were just planning to move to a different base."
The Weasley twins launched into a long, rapid-fire monologue.
"Change bases?" Wizet asked, somewhat puzzled. "Is the previous location no longer sufficient?"
"Weren't you quite satisfied with that place before? You said Mr. Filch couldn't find it."
Fred waved his hand and said, "Things are different now, dear materials consultant!"
George said, "Thanks to the souvenirs you brought back from Sweden last time, we are now practically..."
Fred chimed in, "I'm bursting with inspiration! It's just that the base is too small right now; we need to find a new location."
George said, "We'll take you there to see the new secret base once we find it!"
"Meow..."
A hoarse, piercing meow rang out.
A gaunt, dark gray cat appeared, staring at the three of them with its bright yellow, bulbous eyes.
The cat purred, its eyes conveying a human-like warning.
This is the pet cat kept by the doorman Filch, who calls the cat "Mrs. Norris".
Filch and the cat have an extremely close relationship; the two even patrol separately.
If Mrs. Norris discovers that someone has violated School Rules, even if there is only a hint of it, she will immediately notify Filch.
Most students, especially Gryffindor students, really disliked the man and the cat.
When the Weasley twins saw Mrs. Norris, they both sighed, "Oh! What a disappointment!"
Fred looked around. "Since this cat is here... Filch must be nearby..."
Filch's roar echoed down the Moving Staircase, "What are you doing with that thing? Give it to me! It's contraband!"
"Looks like someone's been persecuted by Filch ..." George shook his head. "It's our turn to step in!"
"Do you need any help?" Wizet asked.
"Of course not!" The Weasley twins shook their heads in unison and grinned.
George winked playfully. "This is between us and Filch..."
Fred nodded in complete agreement. "We're having a blast..."
