Ron Had It Rough
George nodded. "Right? The book in the back got burned... Dad said it was Dark Magic Items."
"That's it!" Fred suddenly jumped up. "We got spanked because of it!"
The Weasley family is actually much larger than people imagine; it is the largest of the Twenty-Eight Sacred Families.
The Weasley branch, to which Arthur Weasley belonged, had a total of seven children. Compared to his only daughter, Ginny, Ron's childhood was much more "stimulating".
Raising so many children is not an easy task for Molly. There will be times when she is willing but unable to do so, and she may neglect one of the children.
As the youngest son in the family, Ron was usually the neglected child.
During his childhood, Ron preferred playing with the Weasley twins, rather than with his older and more conservative brother, Percy.
Unfortunately Fred and George have unique tastes; they enjoy teasing or playing pranks on each other.
After playing with the two, Ron also became one of the targets of pranks.
In a prank, Fred and George consulted their family's magic book and turned Ron's favorite Teddy Bear Doll into a spider.
This also triggered Ron's childhood trauma, making him terrified whenever he sees a spider.
On another occasion, Fred and George ransacked Arthur's room and found a collectible item.
By handling this artifact, they learned magic that resembled Unbreakable Vow and nearly made Magic Contract with Ron.
After that, they were subjected to an unforgettable beating.
According to them, this was the angrier Arthur had ever been, and he even used magical powers to make their buttocks asymmetrical.
After hearing all this, Wizet recalled a previous thought—it was an extraordinary thing that Ron was able to grow up successfully.
After silently wishing Ron "take care," Wizet picked up a blank book. "So how do I obtain the memories inside?"
Even with his Magic Eye, he still couldn't discern anything from it.
It is clear that an additional layer of protection has been added to these blank books.
Since the Weasley twins had similar experiences, asking them directly is the most effective way.
"Burning them off will remove that protective layer," George said, rubbing the cover of the blank book. "At least that's what we did back then."
"That's right! Dad's room is a treasure trove, with many amazing things!" Fred nodded. "We accidentally set a fire, and it just burned the outside of the collection."
George shrank back, revealing an exaggerated expression of lingering fear. "We were so naive back then, we were absolutely terrified!"
Fred patted George on the back. "Fortunately, the magic of that collection quickly dispelled our fear."
Wizet. "Going against the grain is indeed a brilliant method."
Given how much he treasured his books, he would never have thought of using fire to unlock their secrets.
He couldn't help but think of Serena's witty remark...
The Previous Guardian was very different from him!
Wizarding families, deeply rooted in the magical world, also possess many secrets.
Just like Fred and George, much of the magical knowledge they learned came from within their families.
Luna was the same; from a young age, she mastered knowledge about various herbs and was able to create such a magical golden Potions using the First Dewdrop of Dawn.
Moreover, for wizards who have grown up in the magical world, there are some common sense things that are ingrained in their subconscious that Wizet needs to understand and become familiar with.
Learn from your mistakes. In this colorful and wonderful magical world, you can learn countless valuable lessons from books, life, family, and individuals.
"Fiendfyre!" Wizet waved his wand, setting one of the books ablaze.
Throughout the burning process, he was extremely careful, paying close attention to the changes that occurred on the surface.
As Fred and George said, there is a strange protection on the surface of books.
Under the influence of the flame, the surface of the book did not curl at all, nor did it show any signs of burning.
Within a few breaths, the outer flame began to flicker irregularly, sending up wisps of gray smoke.
Wizet extinguished the flames, and Fred and George held the blank books in their hands, pondering them carefully. "It's still a little different from last time..."
"We also need a Memory Extraction Charm," Wizet said.
He now understood why there was a memory about the Memory Extraction Charm in the Pensieve room.
What's rather strange is that Serena seems to have a penchant for this kind of tactic: setting up a certain level and then hiding some kind of reward...
Was it because the previous guardian had also tested Serena in the same way?
"Move Spirit Remove Memory!" Wizet pressed her wand against the blank book, slowly raising her wrist to draw out a Silver Thread.
"Cool!" George whistled. "I didn't expect you to have even mastered the magic of extracting memories."
Fred made an exaggerated expression, crossed his arms over his shoulders and rubbed them up and down. "Is this Ravenclaw? I'm so scared!"
George added, "But the Pensieve isn't cheap... and I heard from my grandfather that those Pensieve that have been used seem quite dangerous."
"Yes! We're a bit older than you, so we should be able to handle it." Fred nodded in agreement. "But what about you..."
George chimed in, explaining, "How about we look at our memories first, and then you extract them? This way, although some content will be lost, it won't be as dangerous."
Fred raised his eyebrows. "That's right! We wouldn't harm our dear materials consultant!"
"Extracting memories is actually a dangerous thing," Wizet said.
"What's there to be afraid of?" Fred asked nonchalantly. "You wouldn't harm us, would you?"
"Yes! You've shared this huge Chamber of Secrets with us." George spread his arms wide. "We trust you completely!"
"Okay." Wizet smiled and shook her head, taking out Serena's notebook. "Actually, I know the location of a Pensieve. I'll have to use this to get there."
Fred blinked. "They even have Portkey!"
George scrutinized Wizet again with a critical look. "It seems you've inherited the legacy of some wizard. How enviable!"
The three of them used Serena's notebook to get to the Pensieve room.
Fred, holding onto the edge of the Pensieve, said, "Looks like a high-end product!"
George nodded. "The Pensieve we saw at Grandpa's house last time didn't seem to compare to this, did it?"
"I don't know..." Fred shrugged. "We'll have to experience it for ourselves to know the specifics."
George was already eager to try. "Wizet, hurry up and pour the memories in! We're ready!"
