Continuing the Victory
Roger Davies clapped his hands and roared with high spirits, "Go! Win this game! Ravenclaw will win!"
"Ravenclaw will win!"
Madam Hooch blew her whistle, and the players from both teams took to the air again.
Following Roger Davies's tactics, the Ravenclaw Quidditch Team launched a new round of offense and defense;
Jansen Samuels and Duncan Inglebee were still supporting Wizet, but they also began to adjust their positions, moving closer to Cedric.
Wizet was more focused than before, dodging the opponent's Bludger while continuing to score for Ravenclaw.
"Hufflepuff's timeout was very effective... their Bludger attacks were much more frequent and tricky than before! Wizet was like a cannonball! He stole Hufflepuff's Quaffle!"
"Wulongong 'Z' Shape Flying Technique! Wizet is dodging... Ah!" Lee Jordan suddenly cried out in pain, mumbling, "Beautiful... Wolongon... Flight Technique!"
"Raven... very... Professor... I... tongue..." He looked at Professor McGonagall beside him, his mouth agape with tears welling up in his eyes.
"Episkey!" Professor McGonagall raised her wand and chanted the spell into Lee Jordan's mouth.
"I bit my tongue just now, but it's nothing serious! Actually, I hope Wizet will go easy on me and not suddenly pull off some pro-player move. But I have to say, what about Wulang just now..."
"Huh?" He looked towards the higher ground of the field. "No wonder that Bludger kept causing trouble for Wizet... it turns out Ravenclaw adjusted their tactics!"
"Ravenclaw's Beater are harassing Cedric! It's a smart move; as long as they keep delaying, even if Cedric catches the Golden Snitch, Hufflepuff won't be able to win."
"That was close! Cedric seemed distracted and almost got hit in the chin by the Bludger! Cedric suddenly accelerated! He charged towards Ravenclaw's Seeker, Cho Chang!"
"I must say, Cho Chang is a charming girl... Could it be that Cedric's absent-mindedness is because of this? According to sources, Cedric might..."
Professor McGonagall murmured, then prompted, "Li?"
"Ahem! Let's see the enchanting Cho Chang! No! Cho Chang is chasing something... The snow is getting heavier, it's really hard to see clearly, but it must be... It's definitely the Golden Snitch!"
"Cho Chang is chasing the Golden Snitch! This is Ravenclaw's real tactic! By harassing Cedric, they're creating an opportunity for Cho Chang to find the Golden Snitch!"
"Cedric clearly realized this; he was distracted because he was observing Cho Chang's situation! Cho Chang reached for the Golden Snitch! What a pity! Just a hair's breadth away!"
"Cedric is doing his best, rushing towards Cho Chang at full speed! Cho Chang suddenly makes a sharp turn! The balance of Sweep Seven Stars is amazing! The Golden Snitch's current location is..."
"The Golden Snitch seems to be panicking and running headlong towards Cedric's location! A close call! Cedric hunches his shoulders and dodges the Bludger, Cho Chang is incredibly fast too!"
"The two are getting closer and closer, is something about to happen again...? Cho Chang strikes again! Successfully catches the Golden Snitch! Match over! Congratulations to Ravenclaw for winning today's match!"
After the match, the Ravenclaw Quidditch Team returned to the locker room.
Roger Davies's smile never faded; he paced back and forth, his fists clenched tightly, looking excited.
"After the Christmas holidays, we still have two opponents... namely Slytherin and Gryffindor Quidditch Team!"
"Slytherin's Seeker is a rookie, so the biggest threat is Nimbus 2001, and some of their... well... special methods."
"Gryffindor's overall quality is good, it's just that their Flying Broomstick are a bit lacking. But their Seeker, Harry Potter, is equipped with Nimbus 2000, which is a really good broom!"
"Those matches Harry Potter didn't miss, he actually performed exceptionally well and could become a major threat. I still remember that match last school year..."
"How long did it take Harry Potter to catch the Golden Snitch? The longer it takes, the better for us, so we can continue using today's tactics..."
After the post-match debriefing, everyone left the locker room.
Wizet glanced at the stands again, spotting a dazzling golden figure. "Roger, may I borrow two Flying Broomstick?"
Roger handed over his Flying Broomstick and a key. "Of course, no problem. I'll give you the key. You can take the key and the Flying Broomstick and give them to Madam Hooch later."
"Didn't you go back first?" Wizet came to the stands and saw Luna putting a small notebook into her pocket.
"I want to look around more from up there." Luna turned her head and smiled, hooking a strand of hair that had been blown by the wind behind her ear with her little finger.
Luna likes Quidditch, but her version of Quidditch is slightly different.
She wasn't too concerned about the success or failure of Quidditch; she was more interested in what might happen during the Quidditch.
For example, she would worry about whether the snowflakes flying in the air would scatter because they hit Quidditch players;
They also worry that when the audience cheers, snowflakes might fall into their mouths because they open their mouths too wide.
Or they might be concerned about whether the Flying Broomstick would be damaged if the two players accidentally bumped into each other, or what kind of branches would fall to the ground.
Wizet even imagined that if she lost the match, Luna might pull out a painting and say, "Look! This cloud looks just like you!"
"It must be imitating your movements, learning to use your Flying Broomstick, so I drew it and gave it to you!"
When Luna is riding her Flying Broomstick, she moves at a leisurely pace.
She slowly flew up into the sky, tilted her head, and watched Wizet fly up and down without blinking.
Wizet circled Luna once, then floated lightly to Luna side. "Did you have some inspiration?"
Luna blinked and nodded slightly. "But it's a secret..."
She reached out to Wizet, picked up a falling snowflake, gently blew on it, and watched it drift away slowly.
The two lingered at the Quidditch Pitch for a while longer, set up their Flying Broomstick, and then walked back to Hogwarts Castle side by side.
When the lunch break ended, Wizet found a silver miniature Phoenix flapping its wings in front of him.
He was used to this and reached out to touch the forehead of the Phoenix Patronus.
The Phoenix Patronus spoke in Dumbledore's voice, "Wizet, if you have time... come to see me this afternoon."
