Feng Huixue tried to sabotage Houtu Huangdiqi by breaking her connection to her avatars, but found the Demon Suppressing Well nearly empty and failed to destroy the lotus platform. Houtu’s reincarnation-based attacks killed Feng Huixue, and her corpse drifted into view as Guangchengzi and the others continued fighting Houtu.

• Guangchengzi summoned the Immortal Slaying Sword, and Dingguang Buddha used the Six Souls Banner to help the attackers wound Houtu Huangdiqi and her Six Paths avatars.
