Background / History

The Ancestral Dragon was the first dragon in existence and the supreme ruler of the Four Seas and Eight Directions. He led billions of Dragon Clan members in the struggle for dominance during the Dragon-Phoenix Tribulation, competing with the Phoenix Ancestor and First Qilin for the position of heaven and earth's protagonists. He also encountered the Dao Ancestor, Demon Ancestor Rahula, descendants of Chaos Demon Gods, and ancient fierce beasts. 25 26

During the calamity, his Dragon Clan was destroyed. His corpse and the resentment of fallen dragons became part of the immense karmic legacy later inherited by Yang Chen. 1
