Though her superpower wasn't much, after being enhanced by the Super Soldier Serum, her overall strength had improved. Plus, she could infinitely loop to farm more Super Soldier Serum and Compound V.

Su Quan couldn't find a reason to refuse her!

Super Hearing activated. A few minutes later, Su Quan locked onto his target amidst the countless noisy sounds.

Behind the iron door in the corner of a supermarket, a dim corridor led straight to a warehouse deep inside.

At the end of the corridor, in a room locked behind iron bars, a TV was playing music. A disheveled little girl hugged her knees under a desk, staring motionlessly at the screen.

Outside the bars sat a round table with a pistol and submachine gun gleaming on it. A man was eating noodles, occasionally humming along to the TV music, completely unaware of the person who had silently appeared behind him.

"Done eating?"

A few minutes later, just as the man set down his bowl and chopsticks, Su Quan, who had been waiting quietly, finally spoke.

A last meal—he had to let the guy finish, right?

"Who the hell?!"

Startled, the man grabbed the pistol from the table and spun around, aiming it behind him.

"The fuck are you, and how'd you get in?!"

Su Quan acted as if he hadn't heard, ignoring the dark muzzle pointed at him, the man's finger ready to pull the trigger at any moment.

"Full? If you're full, I'll send you on your way!"

The man wasn't stupid. Those words clearly meant trouble, so he quickly pulled the trigger.

"Bang bang bang—bang bang bang—"

The bullets all struck Su Quan's body.

Gun smoke filled the air, shell casings clattered to the floor. The man stared in horror at Su Quan, whose clothes had been torn into a few holes but who was completely unharmed. Frantically, he dropped the pistol, grabbed the submachine gun, and unloaded another burst.

"No—this can't be! This can't be!!!" When the bullets ran out, the man broke down and swung the gun like a club at Su Quan.

"Sizzle sizzle sizzle—" Scorching Heat Vision effortlessly pierced through the man's heart.

Would his companions think Homelander killed him when they found the body?

After all, wounds from Heat Vision were easy to recognize, and everyone knew only Homelander had that power.

Homelander supplied them with Compound V, so they were loosely on the same side. They'd probably assume the man had pissed off Homelander and gotten himself killed.

Tsk tsk—Homelander was at home minding his own business, and the blame still fell on him. He couldn't escape that scapegoat role.

In the comics, another member of The Seven, Black Noir, was actually a clone of Homelander. He used Homelander's identity to commit plenty of heinous acts.

The result? Homelander, the one taking the fall, thought he had dissociative identity disorder, believing he kept developing another personality that committed extreme violent crimes while his original self was completely unaware.

Later in the comics, his mental state gradually collapsed. Eventually, he broke free from Vought International's control, convinced other superhumans to join his private organization, and flew to the White House to try to take the president hostage. When he lost control, he killed everyone inside.

Black Noir finally appeared, pulled off his mask, and revealed he was another clone of Homelander. All the photographic evidence and atrocities had been his doing, framed to pin the blame on Homelander.

Homelander lost control again and fought Black Noir tooth and nail, ultimately being killed by the clone.

Taking the blame for a clone until his mind shattered, only to be killed by the counterfeit in the end—the comic version of Homelander had it way worse than the one in this reality!

"Crack—" Su Quan grabbed the locked iron-bar door with one hand and yanked it backward. The door tore from its frame and snapped its lock like paper, flying off.

"Clang!"

The iron door slammed into the wall and crashed to the floor.

The girl, who had been curled under the desk staring intently at the TV, showed no reaction when Su Quan appeared, none when the man fired wildly, and none when the Heat Vision killed him. It was as if nothing existed except the television.

But when the iron door was ripped off, she finally stirred. Her body slowly emerged from under the desk, and her head turned toward the doorway.

The moment the door hit the ground, she lunged at Su Quan like a wild wolf. Her gaze was focused and cold, her hands like claws, sharp as blades, aiming viciously for his eyes, throat, and heart—all the fragile, lethal spots.

"Swish swish swish—" Her hands moved with ghostly speed.

"Ding!"

"Combat detected. Drop reward: Self-Healing Ability (Himiko)."

"Well, this outfit's completely ruined." Su Quan looked at his clothes, already riddled with bullet holes and now shredded into strips by her claws, without a hint of regret as he watched the girl charge again.

What was there to regret about a torn shirt? Wasn't a Self-Healing Ability way better?

If he could keep dropping Self-Healing Ability every time, he'd happily open a clothing factory just for her to shred.

Her claw-like hands, seeming to gleam with cold light, shot for his throat. But just as the strike was about to land, Su Quan—who normally stood a head taller than the girl—shrank to the size of a thumb.

This was the ability of the Elongated Man he'd killed in the nightclub.

"So tall..." Gazing up at the girl, who loomed like an unclimbable mountain, the miniaturized Su Quan shot into the air. His tiny fist slammed directly into her vast chin.

"Bam!"

The girl was lifted slightly off the ground by the peculiar uppercut. Her eyes rolled back, and she passed out.

"Whoosh—"

Su Quan, instantly restored to his normal form, reached out and caught the girl who was falling backward.

Beneath her disheveled, grimy exterior was a delicate, pretty face. On closer inspection, it looked familiar—identical to Katana from the Suicide Squad in the DC universe.

Not just her; thinking about it, Bearded Billy also seemed familiar—wasn't he Skurge the Executioner from Thor 3 in the Marvel Universe? The one who first served Hela, Goddess of Death, then rebelled, dual-wielding submachine guns?

Except Skurge the Executioner didn't have such a long beard or that much hair—well, he had no hair at all, so the difference was obvious at first glance.

Carrying the unconscious Wolverine, Himiko, back to The Female's apartment, The Female had already packed up. She didn't have much—just one suitcase.

Seeing Su Quan in tattered clothes holding a disheveled girl, curious The Female opened her mouth as if to speak but ultimately held back.

"Ready?"

"Yeah."

Su Quan held Himiko with one arm and wrapped the other around The Female, who was carrying her suitcase, and vanished without a trace.

Marvel Universe.

Anywhere Express Logistics Company, New York Branch, third floor, master bedroom.

Click!

Soft light illuminated the dim room. Su Quan set Himiko down, told the anxious and uneasy The Female to wait, then turned and left the bedroom for the storage room.

In the storage room was a magical artifact called the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak, which he'd found in the ruins of the New York Sanctum in the Void. This artifact, originally from Kamar-Taj, was most useful for perfectly restraining enemies.

The only downside was that the restrained enemy was forced into a very embarrassing pose.

As for the specific pose, Kaecilius—who was bound by the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak used by Doctor Strange, Stephen Strange, in the New York Sanctum in the movie Doctor Strange—would have the most to say about it.

"Su Quan, is that you?"

"Are you back?"

Su Quan came out of the storage room holding the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak and heard Jessica Jones calling out.

"It's me. Come on up." Su Quan replied as he walked toward the bedroom. A few steps later, he saw Jessica Jones, dressed in light, casual homewear, dart up from the stairwell.

"You're finally back. Do you have any idea how I've been these past few days? Too scared to go out during the day, too scared to sleep at night, afraid someone would break in and steal something, betraying the trust you placed in me."

"Let me tell you, don't ever ask me to house-sit again!"

Jessica Jones fired off a rapid string of complaints the moment she saw Su Quan.

"If something gets lost, just get it back. If you can't get it back, pay it off with yourself. I wouldn't blame you—what's there to be afraid of?" Su Quan teased as he pushed open the bedroom door. "Come in. I'll introduce you to two new colleagues."

Jessica Jones rolled her eyes and said irritably, "The way you say that, I guess I should thank you for your generosity?"

"No need. Just be my beast of burden in your next life."

That bastard, his words are infuriating!

Jessica Jones shot a vicious glare at Su Quan's back and curiously stepped into the bedroom.

Once inside, Jessica Jones froze for a moment.

There were two women in the room. One stood by a suitcase, her posture stiff, her expression anxious and nervous.

The other looked like a homeless drifter off the street, her clothes filthy, her face grimy and unrecognizable, lying motionless on the floor.

These... these were the new colleagues he mentioned?

PS: Regarding the plot of The Boys world, due to the overall storyline, it can only be briefly set up for now. Rest assured, whether it's the plot or the female lead, they'll be focused on later when the time is right.

The strange, creaking twisting sound stopped as the unconscious Himiko was bound and restrained by the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak. Looking at the astonished Jessica Jones and the clearly frightened The Female, Su Quan introduced them to each other.

"Jessica, this is The Female."
