Hughie looked at him with a resolute gaze, and everything went without saying!

"Bang, bang, bang—bang, bang, bang—" bullets poured out, clattering as they hit the ground.
Starlight stared blankly at the figure shielding her in front, completely unexpected that he would actually block bullets for her at a critical moment.
Unexplainably, a trace of indescribable trust and a sense of safety welled up inside her.
