• Song Changsheng left Qiaojiang Mountain aboard the Black Star Battleship as the Black Dragon Demon King mobilized the Demon Beasts to attack Sunset City.
• Niu Dazhuang and Sunset City’s defenders repelled successive assaults, while Blood Consort infiltrated the city to target its Spirit Vein.
• Song Changsheng gambled on ancient stones in Ten Thousand Swords City, won Peng Siying’s wager, and received Pavilion Master Bai’s invitation to join an expedition to the Ancient Immortal-Demon Battlefield.

Song Changsheng strengthened the Song Clan, pursued opportunities amid the Coalition Army’s war, and rescued cultivators trapped by Dong Tianxie’s formations. After defeating Dong and earning powerful allies, he returned to Sunset City, where Zhuang Yuechan introduced him to elders and Senior Xiao watched nearby.

• Song Xianming entered seclusion to challenge the Purple Mansion realm and appointed Song Changsheng acting patriarch, while Song Changsheng organized the clan after its battle losses.
• Song Changsheng uncovered the Thunder King Hall’s abduction of mortals, rescued the survivors, and tested the recovered Thunder Shock Pellets before preparing the clan for a coming threat.
• Song Changsheng helped launch the Luoshui Market and its auction, then used the proceeds to buy resources for the Song Clan and clashed with Yu Dongyang on his journey to Yuanzhou.

Song Changsheng survived Skyfall Valley’s deadly trial, gained Mu Guibai’s support, and traveled with Zhuang Yuechan to Meng Province, where a conspiracy stole the Heavenly Fire Cauldron. He returned to the Song Clan after killing He Tang and proposed joining the third coalition force and lifting the clan’s birth restrictions.

• Song Qingxing overcame his inner demon, completed Foundation Establishment, and later reunited with his family and made Wujie submit to him.
• Song Changsheng, Zhuang Yuechan, and Xu Yunhe fought a serpent and a Tree Demon in Skyfall Valley, endured the resulting Heavenly Punishment, and received the Drunken Old Man’s warning about parasitic Spirit Insects.
• Song Changsheng accepted Mu Guibai as his master, learned the Heavenly Gang Shield, and watched his Turtle Egg hatch into a golden land turtle he named Jinxuan.

Song Changsheng led the Song Clan through its victory over the Wuling Sect, became its sixth Patriarch, and began rebuilding its institutions while facing new threats. The arc ended with the clan expanding its reach and Song Changsheng awakening the Dao Scripture’s Artifact Spirit, Little Nine.

• Song Changsheng established incentives for larger families, expanded the clan’s Spirit Rice supply, and entered seclusion while Song Qingxing set out toward the Lu Kingdom Cultivation World.
