Background
Ye Fan entered the Myriad Heavens Chat Group alongside Ji Ning, Meng Qi, and Hong Yi. Unlike Fang Xun, he rejects the distance implied by his “Heavenly Emperor” title and asks to be called simply Ye Fan. He quickly treats the group as a means for exchanging complete cultivation systems and exploring paths beyond his own realm. 2 8
Already an existence who understands the true essence of “Nothingness,” Ye Fan becomes interested in the Primordial Wilderness after learning of Pangu and its higher Dao structure. Hong Yi’s account of Pangu confirms to him that a path exists beyond the Sacrificial Dao, prompting him to further evolve his method. 43
Using Fang Xun’s connection to all heavens, Ye Fan descends into the Primordial Era. There, he battles Great God Pangu in the River of Time, repeatedly sacrificing his Dao, body, and karmic ties until he rises again from absolute silence. The encounter lets him glimpse the threshold of “Limitless One.” 118
Personality
Ye Fan is direct, battle-hungry, and relentlessly self-assured. He seeks insight through combat, whether challenging a thousand Great Luo Supremes, confronting Great God Pangu, or testing Gu Chensha’s supposedly invincible state. 118 126 338
His willingness to sacrifice himself is fundamental to both his personality and cultivation. He repeatedly burns his own Dao Fruit, body, origins, and even existence to force a breakthrough, yet treats these extreme risks as opportunities to advance. 118 131 479
Despite his aggressive style, Ye Fan is loyal to his allies. He supports Fang Xun’s plans, shields him from the Dao Ancestor, intervenes to save Luohu, and fights beside Gu Chensha against the Divine Kings. 254 335 479
Abilities & Skills
Heavenly Emperor Fist
Ye Fan’s signature fist art embodies the concepts of the Heavenly Emperor and Heavenly Court. He shared the method with the chat group, and its connection to the Heavenly Court grants it exceptional conceptual power in the Primordial Wilderness. 8 31
- Refines the Primordial World’s great Daos through repeated combat and incorporates them into his fist technique. 126
- Defeats a thousand Great Luo Supremes and becomes the strongest Great Luo of the Demon Race. 126
- Forces Gong Gong back from the Moon Star and later fights him until their physical clashes create a region of “Nothingness.” 126 127
- Can be empowered by Sacrificial Dao Fire to damage opponents wielding Emptiness-Nothingness. 324
- Uses One Leaf Shading the Heavens to close on and strike down the Dao Ancestor. 136
Sacrificial Dao
Ye Fan’s central path converts sacrifice into transcendence, burning away Dao, body, causality, and existence to approach or enter “Nothingness.” 118
- Sacrifices his Dao Fruit in battle with Pangu, allowing his aura to exceed the limits of ordinary existence. 118
- Can revive from silence through the conviction of his own invincibility after being completely annihilated. 118
- Uses stored Heavenly Dao Power as “fuel” during the Witch-Demon final battle. 127 131
- Its late-stage manifestation, Sacrificial Nothingness Light, suppresses hostile wills and Nothingness within his wounds. 397
- Its major limitation is its cost: excessive fuel leaves him physically cracked, burning, and caught between life and death. 131 479
Nothingness and Temporal Combat
Ye Fan can engage with Nothingness directly, including on the River of Time.
- Separates his present self from his prior self while continuing a Dao debate with other top cultivators. 2
- His clash with the Dao Ancestor erases a stretch of the River of Time so thoroughly that even the concept of its history vanishes temporarily. 132
- Carves out his own space within Kunpeng’s Nothingness using only his fists. 126
- Transforms into an invisible network and discards external form to reinforce the combined attack of Shi Hao and Chu Feng. 329
Combat Analysis and Adaptation
Ye Fan learns through direct confrontation rather than passive comprehension.
- Creates a branching-timeline simulation of the Primordial Wilderness to calculate plans with the highest chance of success. 86
- Reads the Dao of opponents through battle, using Demon Race Great Luo Supremes as living sources for the Primordial World’s great Daos. 126
- Recognizes the Limitless aura of a Broken Continent in the Depths of Chaos and chooses to investigate its legacy. 276
- Treats his exchange with Gu Chensha as a Dao discussion, gaining insight into undefinable Nothingness rather than pursuing a decisive victory. 339
Equipment / Weapons / Items

- Great Immortal Yang Mei — Opponent in the Primordial Era; Ye Fan joins the Sick One in killing him after using the Myriad Mother Qi Cauldron to contain him. 324 327
- Gu Chensha — Fellow powerhouse and later ally. Their battle becomes a mutual Dao discussion of Sacrificial Dao and undefinable Nothingness. 338 339
