Background

Donggong Mingyue first met Lu Yi at Drifting Soul Peak’s Entry Peak Assessment Hall. A holder of an Innate Thunder Spiritual Body, she had been unable to meet the Peak Master’s requirements for discipleship despite her exceptional talent. She was sent to bring Lu Yi to the Peak Master after he completed the assessment. 42 43

After Lu Yi became a Nominal Disciple, Mingyue accepted him as her junior brother and guided him around Drifting Soul Peak, including selecting his Cave Residence, obtaining cultivation materials, and purchasing Magnolia Pastry and Magnolia Wine for their master. 45 46 48 52
