Background

Gojo was born as the Gojo Family's divine child, inheriting both the Six Eyes and Limitless—an exceptionally rare combination said to occur only once in several centuries. The Six Eyes initially overwhelmed him with information, but the Gojo Family cultivated his abilities and prepared him as their future leader. Even as a child, he was precocious, curious about ordinary society, and confident in his destined greatness 262.

During an outing to Shinjuku, Gojo met the time-traveling Shen Yuanyi, who froze everyone in a restaurant with his Cursed Technique. Rather than panic, Gojo calmly introduced himself and took interest in Shen's power 262.
