The Sad Tesla

Tank-type Honkai Beasts were indeed rare nowadays.

"Then, Doctors, should I arrange accommodations for you first, or...?"

"No need. Cocolia, settle these children first." Tesla shook her head.

Tesla looked Cocolia over a few times. If she remembered correctly, Cocolia should soon become an Executor, right?

Tesla remembered someone proposing the addition of new Executors during a meeting.

Cocolia's name had been among them.

Tesla rubbed her chin. Neither she nor Einstein was particularly interested in that sort of thing.

Lin Nai and Kiana wore strange expressions as they watched Tesla suddenly break down, while Bronya's eyes were full of confusion.

Lin Nai wore a sour expression as he stared at Tesla blankly.

Tesla checked the time, then rolled her eyes. "At this hour... How can someone your age even sleep?!"

"Because being young is great. I can fall asleep the moment my head hits the pillow."

"Don't use Bird's Nest Head's words to shut me up, damn it!" Tesla grumbled.

Lin Nai had no choice but to sit down in a chair and gesture for Tesla to hurry up.

"Fine. Then, Lin Nai, tell me what your ability is first."

"..."

Lin Nai remained expressionless. How was he supposed to explain this to Tesla?

He could not exactly just say, "Power of Ultraman, old unmarried woman," and leave it at that, could he?

"Doctor Tesla."
