Theresa is clone A310 of Kallen Kaslana, created with genes from the Emperor-class Honkai Beast Vishnu. Otto recognized her resemblance to Kallen, named her Theresa, and regarded her as his granddaughter. Theresa herself views Kallen’s connection to her as complicated, considering whether Kallen could be regarded as a mother figure. 86 166
