"General, we have intel on Shockwave Man!"
"What? Is it real?"
General Ross, who had been smoking a cigar and had not slept for two days and nights, shot to his feet when he heard the news.
"It came from S.H.I.E.L.D. They discovered a notorious group of mercenaries near the US-Mexico border, and also detected high-intensity Gamma Ray residue nearby. That should be the laboratory."

"I knew Nick Fury was up to no good. But he's just a superpowered individual. He can't possibly stop our powerful military. Last time, we couldn't use heavy weapons because it was in the city, but this time is different. Contact the defense minister immediately. Tell him we have a major operation and need to mobilize our most elite armored regiment."
"I refuse to believe that with a high-tech armored force and elite soldiers, we still can't deal with one superpowered individual. Right, hasn't Osborn delivered a batch of Mars Armor? How many units do we have?"
"General, we have been allocated twenty sets
