"I haven't read many books, so I can't say anything fancy. I can only give you a thumbs up and shout '666'."

"Dora, you are freaking awesome, you are freaking cool."

Looking at the Heavy Tomorrow Mark III Exoskeleton Armor in front of him.

Little Fatty gave two thumbs up.

A burst of flattery made the corners of Dora's mouth curl up, feeling a bit carried away.

This set of exoskeleton power armor stood five meters tall.

Crucial vital points were all covered with thick armor plating.

It utilized limb-driven sensing and neural interface control methods.

It was equipped with a powerful Stubber and a Multi-laser.

There was also a Chainsword, a true weapon of war.

Although crude, it already had the prototype of a Titan.

With a few more iterations, it would definitely evolve into a full-fledged Titan.

The future of Dora Workshop was promising indeed.

"The battery life is a bit poor," Dora said. "You have to keep an eye on the battery at all times; don't wait until it dies to swap it out."

"No problem, I've already talked to Blood Pigeon's side. Once the war starts, they'll prioritize us and air-drop ammo crates and energy batteries."

Dora nodded. "As for performance, I've tested it."

"There are no major issues, but details like handling need battlefield data feedback to be optimized."

"After the battle, remember to bring the data disk back to me."

Little Fatty made an OK gesture.

"Don't worry, even if I don't make it back, I'll make sure the data disk gets back to you."

Dora opened the armor plating of the exoskeleton, revealing the cockpit inside, and said to Little Fatty, "Get in and give it a try."

Little Fatty climbed into the pilot's seat and connected to the control system.

He had previously had a neural interface installed by Priest Hina, which was coming in handy now.

As he pressed the start button, the Exoskeleton Armor was activated.

A massive amount of data flooded into the Cogitator System.

Information such as Auspex readings, ammunition, and battery levels was intuitively displayed before Little Fatty via the HUD panel.

"Piloting a Titan is every boy's dream."

"Now my dream has come true. Praise the Emperor, praise the Omnissiah."

Little Fatty shouted excitedly.

He maneuvered the exoskeleton back and forth a few times.

Then, he threw a punch with great force; a single blow was enough to tear a person apart.

Little Fatty then activated the Chainsword on the wrist.

The high-speed rotating sharp saw blades made the air emit a sharp whistling sound.

"It's awesome, I can't wait to start the slaughter."

"This thing will definitely tear through those enemies' bodies with ease."

Dora stood a little further away to avoid being accidentally injured.

"As long as you're satisfied, remember to pay the final balance on time."

"Don't worry, as soon as I log off, I'll transfer the money to your bank account."

Customizing the Tomorrow Mark III Exoskeleton Armor was not cheap.

Little Fatty didn't have enough Contribution Points on hand, so they agreed to pay a portion of the cost using real-world currency.

"You guys each pick one and get in."

Little Fatty let his teammates choose one each from the remaining four sets of Heavy Tomorrow Mark III.

After mastering the controls, they wore the Exoskeleton Armor and walked out of Dora Workshop, heading toward the Imperial Glory.

Compared to the Imperial Knight Titan, the Heavy Tomorrow Mark III Exoskeleton was incredibly crude.

Hydraulic pipes and batteries were partially exposed, exuding a rugged and barbaric temperament.

But such big guys still attracted the attention of players along the way.

"Holy crap, so cool."

"Damn it, I want one too."

"So big, so fierce, I love it."

"Envy, jealousy, and hatred."

"."

Little Fatty looked smug, piloting his Heavy Tomorrow Mark III as he swaggered past the other players.

Priest Hina, who was busy inspecting the various systems of the space station, witnessed this scene through the monitors.

The crude architecture and design were nothing short of a blasphemy and an affront to the Omnissiah.

Had it been anyone else, Hina would have undoubtedly ordered the heavy cavalry servitors and the Adeptus Ministorum soldiers to execute them on the spot.

But these fellows were God Chosen, the ones selected by the Omnissiah.

To target the God Chosen was to betray the Omnissiah.

"Why is it that even though they are the Omnissiah's God Chosen, they still offend the Omnissiah's creations in such a way?"

A question she had never before considered surfaced in Priest Hina's mind.

Would the Omnissiah truly be angered by others modifying STC creations?

Or were those so-called regulations merely rules concocted by those old fossils on Mars?

Perhaps the Omnissiah did not recognize them at all, which was why the God Chosen were able to alter His creations at will.

Doubt toward the Adeptus Mechanicus of Mars began to take root in Priest Hina's heart.

Perhaps she, too, could be like those God Chosen.

She could use her own wisdom to improve the mechanical creations left behind by the Omnissiah.

Imperial Glory, Chapel of Prayers.

Qin Yun prayed before the statue of the Emperor and opened his personal data panel.

He checked the gains he had accumulated thus far.

His current level was 10, and his physical fitness could be considered that of a minor superman.

Buff skills: Fanaticism, Blessing, Purification, Roar, Prayer, Rational Aura, Shield of Faith, Soothe Machine Spirit, Emperor's Light.

Passive skills: Melee Combat (Mastery), One-handed Sword (Mastery), Two-handed Sword (Proficient), Throwing (Proficient), Warp Sense, Warp Siphon.

Active skills: Psyker Flame Burst, Aether Shard, Psychic Touch.

Equipment: Arcan-Pattern Power Armor, Administratum Power Sword, Locke-Pattern Bolter, and the Blade of Divine Judgment rewarded by the Emperor.

After reviewing, Qin Yun closed his personal information panel.

He prayed to the Emperor to exchange for a Gene-Seed.

He wanted to ascend to become an Astartes.

Because, he would soon be participating in the war on the surface of Planet Automata.

He needed greater strength to break the disadvantageous situation of the loyalists.

His previous Faith Points had been completely exhausted due to the need to upgrade his psychic skills.

However, a portion of the Faith Points earned by players for every enemy they killed was shared with Qin Yun.

Thus, his Faith Points had quickly accumulated once again.

He soon saved up enough Faith Points for the promotion.

"I wonder which Gene-Seed I'm suited for; I just hope it isn't from one of the traitor Primarchs."

If he were to receive the Gene-Seed of legions like the World Eaters or the Thousand Sons.

In the future, he would have to call those traitorous bastards "Father."

Just thinking about it made Qin Yun feel terrible.

As he prayed, a beam of light descended upon him.

The surrounding environment twisted and shifted accordingly.

When everything returned to normal, Qin Yun found himself in a magnificent, gargantuan city.

The city was incredibly grand, with buildings of various styles towering within it.

A black star with golden edges hung suspended in the sky.

"The Emperor's Sanctuary?"

While in the group chat, Qin Yun had seen a strategy post by Ten-Timer.

It described how players, after dying and respawning, would pass through a beautiful, massive city.

It was suspected to be the Emperor's sanctuary—the City of Dust.

Heavy footsteps echoed.

Qin Yun turned his head and discovered a golden-armored warrior standing behind him.

The individual possessed a resolute and handsome face.

His voice was filled with majesty and power.

"You have completed your mission excellently, my child."

"Who are you?" Qin Yun asked.

"I have had many names, each with its own story, but now some call me the King in Yellow."

"The King in Yellow? The first Captain-General of the Adeptus Custodes, one of the three pillars of the Empire, World?" Qin Yun's eyes widened. "How are you here?"

"It seems you know me well, but I am not authorized to tell you any truths."

World said, "My duty is to guide you to the gift that has long been prepared."

"A gift?" Qin Yun looked puzzled.

"This way."

World gestured for Qin Yun to follow him.

Qin Yun looked around, then finally stepped forward to follow.

They passed through several empty streets and arrived at a magnificent plaza.

In the plaza stood twenty colossal pillars reaching toward the sky.

Dark golden light descended from the massive star in the sky, connecting to the tops of the pillars.

The surfaces of the pillars bore various patterns.

The first pillar featured a sword and wings.

The second was smooth as new, without any patterns.

The third bore the emblem of the Imperial Aquila.

The fourth was a metal helmet.

Qin Yun quickly deduced that those patterns were the emblems of the Astartes Legions from the Great Crusade era.

The twenty pillars represented the twenty legions.

"Do I have to choose one?" Qin Yun asked.

World shook his head. "No need, keep walking forward."

Passing the twenty colossal pillars, Qin Yun saw a magnificent high platform.

On the platform sat a throne crafted from gold.

A ball of bright light floated above the throne.

"Go, claim your gift." World pointed toward the ball of light.

"You aren't tricking me into sitting on that throne, are you!" Qin Yun asked with some wariness.

"You are not worthy to replace my master." World replied without a hint of emotion.

Qin Yun: "."

Although it was the truth, saying it so bluntly was a bit hurtful.

"Go quickly, do not waste time," World said. "You cannot stay too long, or you will attract those things."

Qin Yun walked toward the throne and reached out to touch the ball of light.

The next second, countless voices suddenly exploded in his ears.

Old men and children, men and women, kings and beggars, the wealthy and the commoners.

Countless voices rang out, yet it felt as if there were only one.

Countless dark truths and knowledge flooded into Qin Yun's mind.

And then quickly slipped away from his mind.

Qin Yun felt himself being constantly kneaded and reshaped by a tremendous force.

This process lasted for a long time, yet it also felt like only an instant had passed.

When Qin Yun regained his senses, he looked around.

He found himself still standing before the statue in the Chapel of Prayers.

The magnificent giant city was gone, and World was gone as well.

The holographic projection interface floating to the side showed that only a few minutes had passed.

Qin Yun reached out his hand and discovered his own changes.

His original height had been 175 centimeters.

Now, he was nearly three and a half meters tall, a true little giant.

His muscles were knotted and well-developed, thick and powerful.

Taking a deep breath, he could feel surging power flowing within his body.

"Ascending to an Astartes in just a few minutes? Isn't this speed a bit too fast?"

"I haven't ascended to daemonhood, have I?"

Qin Yun opened his mouth wide.

He always felt that he hadn't ascended to become an Astartes, but had instead undergone daemonhood.

The entire surgical procedure to become an Astartes usually takes a year to complete.

He had finished it in just a few minutes.

If that wasn't daemonhood, then what was?

Just then, two rays of light flashed before the magnificent Shrine.

Ten-Timer and Twisted Man logged on.

The moment they opened their eyes, they saw Qin Yun, who had just finished his promotion and was adapting to his new abilities and strength.

His body, standing over three meters tall with knotted muscles, looked like a deity stepped out of ancient mythology.

The sheer oppressive presence was palpable.

"Did Guide ascend to become an Astartes?"

"Are you stupid? Astartes aren't that tall; this is clearly a Primarch."

"Good heavens, what a guy. I didn't log on for one day, and Guide has turned into a Greater Daemon of E."
