There were few records of this Evil God in this Small World, but that was normal. Most Evil Gods were the same. Outside the Real World, too much information about an Outer God in most Small Worlds would draw that god's attention, allowing it to gradually consume them.
Thus, these Small Worlds suppressed information about Outer Gods even more fiercely than the Real World did!
Interestingly, however, their fear of the Outer Gods' power only exposed their weakness, making the Outer Gods all the more inclined to turn their attention toward them.
After all, there were too many heavy hitters in the Real World these days, and stirring up trouble there was too risky. Even Outer Gods had to consider the return on their investment!
Supposedly, information about Outer Gods had been relatively abundant in Small Worlds in earlier years. After all, being a thief for a thousand days was easier than guarding against one for a thousand days. But as the Real World began developing the Small Worlds in the Boundless Void, the situation had slowly reversed.

Nobody had anticipated this. To their surprise, the Mad Witches discovered that the Outer God Trading Rituals in Small Worlds let them take whatever they wanted!
The first generation of Mad Witches pioneering these New Worlds had been positively ecstatic!
Ordinary people might fear the Evil Gods' wills embedded in an Outer God's power, but for Mad Witches, the danger lasted only as long as they were at the "gambling table." Once they left that table, the Outer Gods no longer had any say.
After suffering several devastating losses, the Outer Gods had gradually retracted their claws.
