At that thought, Isaac abandoned his original idea of having Little Mouse help study soul structures. The soul was an enormous field, and even now, many mysteries within it remained unsolved. While Little Mouse was also skilled in soul-related research, its expertise clearly leaned toward necromancy.
That had little to do with the soul structure Isaac was currently researching, so relying on Little Mouse's divine knowledge to spark some Inspiration was probably unrealistic.
If his research got stuck in the future, he could give it a try. For now, though, it was better to have it help train the [Martial God Physique] youth first.
Then Isaac's gaze swept over Little Mouse, Lapis Lazuli, the Holy Master, and the Silver Knight in turn. When he looked at Lapis Lazuli, he exchanged an imperceptible glance with Little Mouse before passing over the other three and studying the Holy Master thoughtfully.
Of the group, Lapis Lazuli had yet to settle on a path. Little Mouse's Virtual Divine Spark still lacked some resources, while the Silver Knight simply lacked resources. As a construct, he had only two ways to advance. The first was naturally to replace his parts with higher-grade ones. As long as there was money, never mind the Fourth Tier—even jumping directly to the Fifth Tier would not be a problem!
Only the Sixth Tier remained impossible due to unresolved technical issues, unless he switched to the golem path.
The second was to rely on his own growth. But because of his special life form, every bit of progress the Silver Knight made required polishing over vast stretches of time!
His units of time were measured in millennia at the slightest provocation!
So that option had no real reference value. But as for the first option—
Isaac truly could not afford it—
